Amazing care by Patty. She was so happy to care for my family. She mentioned how she worked here for several years and is still very happy here. She provided such incredible service. The food was also very good and inexpensive and fresh to order. Would definitely come back
Went there yesterday. Went through the drive through and there were no cars at the order speaker. Everything we asked for, they said they didn’t have it. So we ended up ordering #2 all the way with extra pickles, chili cheese fries (they didn’t have it so I had to order fries, a side of cheese, and a bowl of chili.) My boyfriend ordered a Frisco burger combo and another frisco burger. He got a coke with no ice and a Dr Pepper. My soda tasted flat. No fizz. But that’s not the worst. When we got to the window to pay, there was 1 car in front of us. We waited 45 minutes to get our food. I was going to ask for a refund, but they locked the door. Not to mention the girl on the speaker taking our order was mad rude. I don’t know what her problem was, but her customer service was absolutely horrible. The burgers were so greasy and the chili was soupy, had no flavor and was just gross. I spent 27.00 for some nasty food and that long wait. We will not be going back there EVER!!
Food was good ad fresh but the Dinning area was rundown and floors seam to be greasy and slippery. Franchise owners should spend time to looks others stores to see what they doing wrong. Just saying!
Ordered a cheeseburger and regular shake. My burger patty was literally raw and watery. Regular shake is literally half the cup and I never knew a Nutella shake is made with Nutella and mint. On top of that they are the rudest people I've ever met. I've herd allot from my friends about this place and I have to say I am utterly disgusted. I will NEVER go back here.
Well after two years of trying to get food at night I was able to. This location literally closes when they feel like it. I witnessed it tonight. Placed my order and there were 3 cars in front of me. I could tell they didn’t want to take my order, and honk god they did. Immediately after they came outside and put cones on front of drivethru. They also looked fully staffed 11 pm
Food was horrible. Ordered two double butter steak burger 2cheese fries 2 milkshake. Food was cold raw onions where it was supposed to be grilled no sauce on burgers. Fries are cold with small thing of cheese for our cheese fries. I would not recommend going here. I guess they're short staffed because only seen 2 people and girl at window acted high messed our order up and the ones before and behind us.
So, they're not open inside but you can go through drive up window!! Only 2 people working but have to tell you the lady that took our order was great very patient, our 1st time there!! Loved the french fries, ordered a hot dog ? surprisingly pretty good!! Definitely go again!! Hubby got a chocolate milk shake said pretty good ?
Tried to go through their drive thru for lunch. I get an hour . I sat in the drive thru their for more than 25 minutes. There were absolutely zero cars in the parking lot, aside from the two who they had asked to park in the lit to wait for their orders. I mentioned to the manager at the window, that they were very slow today, to which he snapped " we are really busy right now" I looked around the lot again... zero patrons inside the restuarant. Needless to say it was more of an inconvenience than a pleasure. If you cannot make hamburgers fast enough to satisfy customers when the restuarant isempty, you should probably stop wasting peoples time and close the store for good. I will not be eating there again for lunch as I could have been serviced faster at a sit down restaurant. There was a line of cars behind me waiting, some were simply just leaving after ordering because of the extreme wait time. .UPDATE!!THIS RESTAURANT IS FILTHYIt is absolutely gross, it stinks, the floor was disgusting and sticky, the walls tables, booths and setting was all filthy and had food and trash everywhere. Bathroom was disgusting, worse than any truck stop gas station. The staff was rude, loud, and refused to wipe anything off. There is absolutely no cleaning done here. This place is a health hazzard. Food was subpar, cold fries, small shake for nearly $3 was flavorless. I will never spend a dime at this dump again. Gross.I SUGGEST YOU GO DIRECTLY TO THE STEAK-N-SHAKE WEBSITE AND LEAVE A REVIEW, I CERTAINLY DID.The staff was pathetic and rude, if I were a manager I would fire every single person on that staff immediately and close the restaurant. I will be contacting the county Health Department and state Health Department. I have video, if anyone wants to see for themselves.
The dining area was closed because it was dirty so we had to get it to go.I almost slipped by the fountain drinks because there was sitting water all over the floor. There wasn't any type of sweetener for the tea and the tea tasted old and gross.Our food was cold and the cheesewasn't even melted.My husband got sick after eating there and I think the food made him sick. It was food poisoning. I Do not recommend eating here until they get it together. Nasty!!
They should close your drive thru. If your not accepting drive thru orders. I was told to wait 45 minutes because there online orders were priority . The lady screamed at me instead of explaining calmly. Bad service not recommended. I understand the world is short staff but screaming is not acceptable.
