Friendly and cheerful service well maintained and convenient a bit pricey but worth the long lines
The people are friendly and they've always gotten my order right. They get busy often throughout the day. They're in a busy location. It's 50/50 whether you'll be in and out, or if they'll be slow that day. Outside seating is adequate, but seating in the shade is very limited, and the last few months, seating inside is freezing. Sitting outside, I've heard many people comment on how cold it is inside. Some even go over to McDonald's because it's more comfortable. Overall, I'll keep going there because the people are friendly and they're better than the other Starbucks nearby, but it's not a particularly good hangout spot. Oh, and parking is limited when it's busy. Not a deal-breaker.
ain’t no way i waited 20 minutes for a bagel because a worker misplaced my order , and then they forgot my cream cheese ? no way there were 10 people working how nobody put cream cheese with my bagel‼️

This Starbucks is right off I75 on SR64. The staff of course is friendly. The credit card reader sets on the drive thru window which allows you to input your card without it leaving your sight not that this is something I worry about at Starbucks.
Quick service even with long line, also easy checkout. I went through the drive-thru, was very easy and did Apple Pay, very convenient.
Always a long line at the drive-thru, so much it affects traffic in front of it driving by. I've almost been hit a couple of times. I quit going there, unless it's for my wife.
