I hesitated posting this review, but honestly this location needs a desperate overhaul in training and customer service. Starbucks expects and we pay high prices for their coffees. At a minimum, they should be consistent, yet the same drink is different everytime. Not wasting my money at this location again? Even if it is the most convenient location. One time I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with Extra crunchies and got NO CRUNCHIES AT ALL. Most recently I ordered the same thing and not only did they not put in any coffee base, like every other Starbucks does, but again light on the crunchies AND they put it with the mobile orders so I had no clue it was mine and it watered down and tasted awful. While I was there, I told the girl warming up the goods that there were clips on the floor making it slippery and a hazard and told her how I almost fell and she did not even acknowledge what I said as if I did not speak, and went about her business. Every Starbucks I have gone to has staff hopping working quick and intensely to get out orders. This Starbucks sadly works on slow motion. Long wait, terrible tasting drink and awful customer service Not coming back.

Pass by once or twice a week. Great service, drive-through times have dropped immensely from 15 min to 5 min and below during the afternoon. Lunch hours may differ. I'm trying a different drink and snack every trip, so I'll update on the top 3 I'd recommend. Haven't tried their dine in since lockdown, so I'll update on that soon as well!

Not sure why a lot of people here are rude when you are not. This area, really brings out the worst in customer service and understandably so, lots of customers are rude. Apparently since I was wearing a face covering and waiting patiently for my mobile order, it was prime to be a d about me grabbing from the side counter of my drink. Yes, oops I get the purpose of the tiny plexy glass on the front of mobile pickup. But this is where I was standing and my drink that I asked for was right in front of me. Which been in there plenty with those not wearing face coverings who grab from wherever they want and nothing said to them. Still left a $10 tip because it was my intention before that encounter. Won’t be stopping here on the way to work again. Will go 5-10 mins out of my way for a different location.

The water to juice ratio of their strawberry acai varies greatly day to day, but the staff is super friendly.

Always was one of the best places to get Starbucks . However, multiple times now i had the worse drinks ever. I guess mondays is not a good day to get coffee. I I always get the same stuff and multiple times now i just hated it . Im shy person so i am not of these people to go to store and complain and make people remake my drink but … spending good amount of $ for venti drink and just have it taste like ughh.. is very sad. Neither my husband was able to drink his ..neither i was able to drink mine . Caramel macchiato tastes just like very sweet milk and water. Very disappointed. I hope maybe something will change soon , but i will skip this place for now.

SO GLAD they changed staff. I visit this Starbucks regularly in the morning and for a while the staff they had was beyond rude. They would mess up your drinks, or give you someone else's and then be frustrated you mentioned it (as if you were bothering them or annoying them by simply asking for what you ordered and payed for from the get go) rather than apologizing for handing you the wrong order under someone else's name. Multiple times I even had them hand me a drink pouring over the sides of the cup and covered in syrup and the when I asked if I could please have a napkin they would ask "for what" - as they actively watched me holding my coffee out the window because coffee and syrup was dripping everywhere. It would definitely dampen and put a negative start to my morning.Anyways, Now the new staff is awesome, sweet, and beyond helpful. They are always positive.

Every time that I have gone to the Starbucks in the past two weeks they have been out of oat milk when there is a Publix literally right next to them I work for the same type of company in Bradenton in any time that we are out of some thing that our customers are asking for we go to the store and we buy it because that’s what a good company does! You should have the ingredients that are on the menu and it also shouldn’t be an issue for this long

Service is rather slow ? compared to even busier Starbucks. The drive through customers receive much more attention..
