Uber driver meatintgestreet here. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! WORST SERVICE EVER....open till 10....lobby locked at 9. Zero notice posted. Meaning they just lock the doors and make customers walk up to the door in the pouring rain only to have to walk back in the poring rain. Then only to have to wait in the drive thru whole the only person in front of you talks to the girl in the window about what they're friends are up to????? HORRIBLE. STAY FAR AWAY...THEY FIBT DESERVE YOUR MONEY!
Starbucks coffee is always amazing, but I'd like to give a special shout out to these fine men and women working here today, July 12th at 1030 Am. They were slammed, coffee slinging left and right... tons of people in line for mobile orders, uber orders and in the drive thru. But all these special folks had smiles on their faces, worked together like champs and cranked out the delicious coffee like true experts! Thank you all so much!
Let me start by saying I LOVE STARBUCKS. However this location today was so disappointing. They couldn't figure out how to enter my order. I didn't order anything complicated. My order was an Iced Venti Mocha Macchiato with coconut milk. I am LACTOSE intolerant. Got that squared away. Get up to the window and they hand me a grande. They remake my drink, which is great. I pull away. I get to work I am halfway through my drink which was ok. It had a ton of caramel in it which I said not to do and I didn't notice that they remade it with MILK. There was so much caramel and mocha that I didn't notice until my stomach started twisting in pain!!!! When someone orders a drink with MILK ALTERNATIVE there is a reason. I will NEVER go to this LOCATION AGAIN!!!!
Starbucks never disappoints. The quality makes up for any wait. Always worth the trip. My 6 yr old would agree as well.

This is the Starbucks on 1st Street Bradenton Florida. Starbucks is fine. But the line from the drive-thru is always backed out on the main highway blocking traffic.
The service provided was so unacceptable today and really made me frustrated as a customer. After ordering being told the amount to be paid, waiting 15-minutes in the line only to get to the window to pay and waiting another 3-minutes to be acknowledged that they were out of what I ordered! No apologies, I could have exited and been alright with been told they were out of the item but being allowed to order the item, told the price and then made to wait is inexcusable behavior from a business that offered no apology or something for my time. Do better Starbucks! You are getting rid of customers for poor customer service.
Today wasn't bad, but I went in there one day a couple of months ago and the girl behind the counter dropped something she was making. It hit the floor, the drink splashed up and over the counter, all down the front of me, down my legs, on my feet, and on my shoes. What a mess! She left the area and came back with a bucket and mop and started wiping the floor behind the counter. She didn't even look around to see if this had affected anyone. I asked if I could have some toweling to wipe some of the mess off of my clothing, legs, feet, and shoes . She looked at me, handed me a napkin and said, "Oops, sorry". I walked out with stained clothing and some kind of chocolate drink running down my legs and on my feet and shoes. What a disaster! I was really surprised at the lack of customer service.
I go here every day before work! I love this location, everyone is always so sweet & hard working even when people aren’t always nice to them smh.Only store that makes me coffee right!! ✨
Horrible product and customer service! My drink was mostly full of whipped cream and when addressed, was told that this was how they make it there. No, that is how cheap and miserly people do business in attempt to boost profits for trash product.
