Poor service and the outdoor machines were not working. The young lady answered, started taking out order and never came back. But - it’s a fast food place so we don’t have high expectations of them. Overall, Sonic food is edible and always hot.
We ordered through the app and got a happy hour discount, which was nice. We had special instructions on every drink, like light ice, no candy, add lemon. All our drinks were wrong - they had not bothered to read the instructions. We had waited a long time (at least 30 minutes) and were unwilling to wait longer to get them corrected.

So we went at about 11pm. Sadly they were out of bacon, only found that out after they came and walked out to let me know they were out of sweet tea.They also were out of eggs. So my pregnant partner ordered a number 1. No cheese no onion.We got just a plain patty on a bun with nothing else. We got our order and they turned off lights so we left before we got to see anything. So disappointed.
This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. We ordered our food ahead on line and literally had to wait 45 minutes for the food to come out, with only a few other customers there, most of whom gave up and left empty-handed. The whole scene was ridiculous.
Sonic is always consistent in their drinks. I have ordered a few slashes for the fam when I was here. As usual they are consistently tasty and good quality. This one is pretty fast as well. So I am impressed with the management at the location.
The past two times I've gone to this Sonic I've gotten the pleasure of being served by Tayler and she is one of the most pleasant employees I've ever come across. She is a phenomenal employee and has been the highlight of my visits to Sonic. I know this is not really a review of Sonic - I just wanted to say how awesome Tayler is.
Hit or miss with this place. I’ve gone a handful of times together a while back and it was pretty good but the last few times the wait time has been so long for ordering just a few things. I’m sure it’s due to being understaffed which is a bummer and not so much their fault but just expect to wait a while when ordering.
Lost stars due to recent order, this was a previous review I did when I went to the store it’s self; “Great food and drinks customer service was amazing helped when I asked for thing amazing staff sonic drive-in” now this time we ordered online and got food delivered, wife’s foot long was mia, I go to unwrap my hamburger that was supposed to have tomato and lettuce let’s just say there is prob more onions then lettuce and no tomato, food was cold, drinks was watered down nothing but issues if you get anything make sure u order at the store don’t order anything online because your food will look like a child made it 30 days ago not happy and getting my money back.
Horrible experience. The food was brought to us in less than 5 minutes. One would think this was a good thing, it wasn't. The fries were room temperature, the cheese wasn't melted on the burger, the meat seemed to be reheated, the bottom bum was hard. My corn dog was rubbery. Bad, terrible experience. I used to love sonics. What happened?
