This used to be my favorite place. Unfortunately the last bowl I got recently, gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. After talking with a few friends, I realized I wasn’t the only one who had gotten sick from SoFresh LWR and that this has happened to others I know on multiple occasions. Hoping for a change. I’d love to return eventually believing that the food here truly is (fresh)
We ordered for our monthly team meeting, and everything was made correctly. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! Will definitely order again.
The name says it all, very healthy and tasty. This was a spot we found to have lunch and would definitely recommend. Service was great, the place itself is quaint but the food will bring you back
I thought I would be eating a fresh healthy lunch....instead, I got an extremely salty bowl of zucchini noodles, two tiny pieces of mushroom, specs of quinoa - a couple tiny pieces of tomato....the added chicken was so salty and marinated? I couldn't believe it. It cost me over $14.00 and I could barely eat it. I had no time to go back in and get a refund. I will never go back. This place is never going to make it. From what I understand; the downtown Sarasota location is just as bad. Wake up "SoFresh"....
The vegetables are good but the proteins are terrible. The steak is chewy and seems as if it was boiled to cook it. The chicken had no consistency from bite to bite. Some bites were good, others were awful, had gristle and hard pieces. Made it very hard to enjoy, not sure if your next bite was going to be good or bad
Great concept, menu, etc. But a couple of things that make me second guess when choosing. First, the food, when served properly, etc. is great. But I ordered bacon a week or so ago, I got a small container of BACON BITs, yes the fake stuff form the grocery store (for $1.59!!!). Once they didn't include the HB Egg with which I paid extra. Then another time, they didn't slice up the hard boiled egg (or avocado). Do you know how hard it is to cut that up with a plastic knife?The App doesn't save your previous orders, so if you have a specific combination you like, hope you remember it. All this and they ask for a tip before you even leave your house. So I've tipped 20% on orders that were wrong, late, etc. I don't think I should have to check the entire details of my order before I leave a place.Don't know if it's bad management, training, or ? Pacific Counter is a few doors down, they are starting to get more and more of my business. Sorry.
I ordered the quesadilla with steak and it was fantastic! I also ordered bowls in previous visits. I love stopping there after workouts at the gym. Highly recommend SoFresh!
Everyone in the family loved the food. 2 parents, 6 year old and 18 month old ate every bite. Happy we ordered and pick up was super easy.
Ever since they opened close to my house I have loved this place. Love the freshness of their ingredients, their combos, their kitchen is super clean and it’s simply the best fast whole-food there is. And ordering through the app is a breeze!I would say this though, it is a bit overpriced.
