I placed a pick up order online via the app. I get there and you’re supposed to call to let them know you’re outside so they can bring it. After calling SEVERAL times I had to get out of my vehicle. Defeating the whole purpose of curbside. After going inside I then had to wait for all other orders to be made first. I hate complaining about stuff since everywhere is short staffed but there were 3 workers in there! Nobody apologized or even seemed to care that I was upset! And one had a stupid look on her face when I asked why nobody was answering the phone. Ridiculous! If you have to call upon arrival— ANSWER THE PHONE OR DON’T OFFER THE SERVICE!!!

Just did an order on the app and this is how they gave it to me. I didn’t see it until I left because the receipt was taped to the top.
I went to Smoothie King yesterday. I go about every 2 week, so does many in my office across the street. I went to pay with a $50 bill and was told they do not accept. I then gave rest of my cash and was short 11 cents. They asked me to put the rest on a credit card.What is happening to customer service???? I want to give you money! LOL

First time Ever going to a Smoothie King! And I must say it was pretty freaking amazing. Smoothie tasted great!And it wasn't like smoothies from other places... where when your smoothie starts "melting" and turns into some sort of melted milkshake consistency/flavor...My Smoothie Never "melted"!
