Great job Sapporo sushi!! By far THE BEST sushi in Bradenton. It is fresh and tasty, and I am very picky about sushi, being from CA. Everyone needs to try Sapporo Sushi, it does not disappoint!
This place is awesome! It's a very chill and laid back vibe inside. The gentleman at the sushi counter was very friendly and made sure I was seated quickly with a menu. My waitress was great! She was friendly and attentive. The food tasted great too and beautifully presented (even the bento box I took to go). I got the Chicken Katsu Bento Box. I loved that they brought the salad and soup out as an appetizer before the main dishes. The sauce on the Spring Roll was perfectly spicy. The California Roll tasted fresh and was easy to eat without having to use Soy Sauce. The rice with the dish was perfectly cooked and a nice portion size. The Chicken Katsu was my favorite part of my meal. The breading wasn't too much or too little. It also wasn't hard like some Katsu I've had at other places. They were able to accommodate my request of brown rice instead of white rice for my To Go order. I definitely will be coming back (maybe with some friends). Thank you to everyone there that made my lunch awesome!

We just had the best experience ever at Sapporo!! The sashimi and sushi rolls were the absolute best we ever had and presentation was so beautiful! Season and her husband take such pride in their place and the seafood is top quality. Amazing service we will be back! Thank you! Sherri and Eric ??

Absolutely amazing! We have dined in quite a few sushi restaurants, however Sapporo’s is the most authentic in the Bradenton area. We are so happy to have a wonderful sushi chef close to home. Thank you to the Sushi chef and the wonderful servers! Can’t wait till our next visit! The eel sashimi was delicious!
Ate here first time today, 4-12-22, for lunch. Wonderful fresh fish. Generous portions. Pricing commensurate with quality. Clean, well-lit, modern space. Good service. I'll be back!

We tried Sapporo's today for the first time and we're pleasantly surprised. They have a great menu, the place is very clean, the food was great and reasonably priced. The service was spot on. Welcome to the neighborhood. We'll be back.
