What a great small place to get food. The pizza ? is amazing, and every thing else is freshly made. The whole shop is a warm friendly location and it won't DISAPPOINT. Than to top it all off they deliver this amazing food also. Stop in have a glass of wine?and some pasta. MAKE SURE YOU TIP THE SERVER OR DRIVER.
This place is great. New York style pizza. Great flavor. Mostly a take out place but they do have seating. Kinda fun to watch the guys make your pizza.
Good food, really good prices. Cheese bread was good and large portion. Spaghetti with meat sauce was good as well. My salad was pretty brown so not sure if I'd order that again (and no one told me I got a side salad with the spaghetti which is all I really wanted anyway and what I asked for... not a big salad). Anyway I thought it was really pretty good and we will be back.
We order from Ricos regularly.Our last large takeout pizza was disappointing tho’. We ordered pepperoni, mushroom and black olive. There were a total of 5 mushroom slices on the large pizza. It just seems the cooks are rushing to finish and dont take enough care with content and quality.
If you call Rico's to place an order the phone just rings until you get voice mail, if they do pick up they will quickly tell you to hold and after five or six minutes the line goes dead. If you're persistent and they do finally take your order they are rude. It's obvious there is no serious management there. They couldn't care less if they wait on you or not. If they treat the customers like that on the phone imagine how careful they are about food preparation.
The pizza was pretty good. The dine-in atmosphere was bad.The open kitchen staff was noisy, some of the loud hard rock music must have been for the kitchen staff... it surely wasn't for the pleasure of the customers.Sitting inside was hot and at times smoky from the ovens.Overall not an enjoyable eating experience.I know now why our friends only do carry out from Rico's.
Pass. An item was left off my carry out order. When I called back to complain I was on hold for over 4 minutes twice and they never did pick up. The girls working up front in the phones and orders need a whole lot of training. The Rico’s Special sub was 75% bread with very little thin lunch meat and dry; you can get a much better sub at Publix. Chicken Frances was decent.
Ordered for delivery (our 2nd time using them). We were told it would be 40 minutes. After 1 hour I called and they said it would be there momentarily. After 1 an 1/2 hours I called an they said it was on it's way. After 2 hours my wife called, they said it's not coming and that we were "banned" from ordering from them again !!!! Lots of other good places in the area to order from.
We waited an hour and a half for delivery, which would have been fine for a great delivery. We were missing a salad, focaccia bread, fries. Plus food was cold. I called the restaurant about missing items and was told let us know next time you order?! We won't be ordering again!
Your pizza is great. We get it all the time. However, I couldn’t find you dinner menu online. I looks likes all you sell is pizza & salad. I suggest you post your menu online. We would have love to put a dinner order tonight.
