Don't bother with this place. It's a mess it needs to be under new management they need a whole new staff. Despite ordering to the mobile app I have been made to wait ssignificantly longer for my food then the app indicates it will be ready. The 1st time my food was inedibly burnt (after wziting 10 minutes over the 15 it was supposed to take) the 2nd time it was under done and I'm pretty sure the sauce was bad cause I have been feeling unwell since eating it.This is not a "we're understaff because the employment market is bad blah blah blah," this has been going on since well before the pandemic. It is why I stopped using this Pizza Hut.I thought I would give it a try and maybe it had gotten better. It has not. I don't expect the world. I do expect if I use The mobile app to order my food and I receive notifications from the restaurant that my order is ready, that I am not made to wait in a lobby without being addressed for 10 minutes only to be told when finally addressed that my food isn't ready. It is a mess. For the record I was not going to leave this review but Pizza Hut sent me an email survey requesting my feedback on my experience. After completing that survey they then asked if I would like to leave a review on Google.

$31for the wrong pizza which was like warm. Boneless chicken was old and dried out. Never again.

Did an online pickup tonight.Order process worked perfectly and the pizza was off by 5 minutes from time promised.Large thin meatlovers was perfect.There are better pizza joints but sometimes you have a desire for the pizza taste you had 45 years ago. This one did the job.3* because they met the criteria.
Everything was cold. The pizza and breadsticks were extremely undercooked and chewy. It was just bad. I had to put everything I ate back into the oven for a few minutes to get any quality at all. The wings, pizza, sauce for the breadsticks and the breadsticks were cold. Not warm.... Cold.
I ordered a Pan pizza online but a worker called me and said they ran out of Pan dough. So I ordered a Hand Tossed that was dry and I was unhappy with.
My pizza took and hour and twenty minutes to get here it was cold and when I called the store no one answered the phone I called multiple times.
The pizza was perfect! The delivery was on time and the pizza was still hot! Thank you so much! I look forward to my next order from my local Pizza Hut!!
We were surprised that we could not get a smaller order of bone-in wings. 36 wings is way more than two people can use.
