I made the mistake of ordering for delivery from this restaurant through Door Dash. The order never arrived, but I go a text message that it had. There was a call from some lady shouting in Spanish from a Massachusetts number but that's about it. I called the restaurant and was put on hold for a long time. When someone finally got on the phone, the restaurant rep was all cheerful robotic response, asking me if I would like a refund. I said no, I just wanted the food. She told me they had no control of delivery and would not redeliver it. I called Door Dash to see if they would redeliver it and spent a good half hour on elevator music and holds.They said they would call the restaurant and there was further holds . By that time the restaurant had closed. The next day Door Dash was finally able to get someone from the restaurant on the line. The same robotic cheerful rep from restaurant refused to schedule a delivery and said she could only process a refund. I will not be dealing with this restaurant any more, I can imagine the quality of their food if this is how they deal with customers.
Unfortunately Pei Wei is not as near as good as I remember it being around 2 years ago. Ingredients seemed to be of lower quality. However, the portion size made up for it in a way. I’m not sure if I’m as apt to returning anymore sadly. I believe that the chain gained new owners and the menu and food options were largely modified from what I understand.
I came in just before closing with a complicated big order, and the staff and chefs were amazing! So accommodating and amazing customer service. This Pei Wei has always been great and it will continue to be my go to place for great food. Very impressed with this Pei Wei!

This place as a national chain has been improved a lot since our last visit thanks to new menu from chef Jet Tila.We ordered chicken and broccoli, Spicy Korean BBQ steak and House special chicken. Everything came fast, and we really enjoy the food that we ordered.
Employees are awesome! The facility is quiet nice. BUT the quality of food is horrible. I had bourbon chicken bowl. The chicken and rice tasted like it had gotten freezer burned not to mention the nice plastic taste to the rice.. My opinion The flavor is no good. Hardly any sauce on chicken and rice. If you don't like to taste the food. Then I would recommend this place. Other than that. Ehhh not for me.
I had not visited for a long time and decided to stop in. It was totally AWFUL ‘ I mean could not even eat it awful. The wonton soup, obviously made from salty soup base was like salt water with a bad taste. The House special chicken was worse than frozen fried nuggets with excessive salt in a spicy yet flavor less sauce. Wow, a true example of bad food served in plastic bowls. Don’t waste your time or $
John and the Team run an amazing restaurant! They are constantly working incredibly hard, all while maintaining the BEST customer service. Highly recommend people check out their Vegetarian/Vegan options!
I don't usually like Asian food, but a coworker wanted to go there. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was super helpful.
Didn't go to pei Wei, but to butchers mark.Whew on the prices. I will stick with detweillers for nice affordable beef entrees Bought some wings, and salsa. Buffalo was extremely hot, but meaty.Been to pei Wei last year, thought it was great, good prices, large portions.
