Great PizzaNeeds to go back to giving 2 Peppers instead of only 1.
Ordered food at 9pm...by midnight had not seen delivery. Called and got attitude from person who answered phone then manager pretty much blamed us for the delivery not arriving. Won't be ordering from Papa John's Pizza ever again. Another pizza Co was much more accommodating after we argued for a refund... for the pizza that was never delivered
Awful awful experience trying to get a pizza delivered from the Hillsborough Ave. location. After waiting and waiting for nearly an hour, for delivery from this store (that is less than 3 miles from our door), I attempted to call to inquire about the delay - the phone rang straight through to a looped message - after listening to the looped message for nearly 30 minutes a real person finally answered! When we explained the problem the staff had no idea what the problem could have been but acknowledged that she knew exactly what driver was the one who was likely at fault and - sure enough, when she inquired about our pizza was told that the driver could not find the address and tried calling us (Pizza Hut NEVER has had a problem delivering pizza to our door) and we never received a call from the Papa Johns driver! Our credit card was charged and when we asked to speak to the manager we were only delivered a message from him/her to let us know that the driver DID try to call us and we were more than welcome to come and pick up our pizza and it would be free! We explained that we didn't want a pizza that had been made over an hour ago the manager delivered another message (through the kind staff that ended up answering the phone) to let us know that they would make us a fresh pizza that we could pick up but we would be charged full price for it! The next day (after I submitted a negative Yelp review) we received a text from the manager to let us know we could order and pick up a free pizza...thanks ....but no thanks!
Ordered pizza delivery, only 3 miles away so I thought that would be close enough. Called, put my order in and gave all the details and phone number. Was told it would arrive in 24-34 minutes. I wait an hour and nothing. Called the store and found out that I’m out of their tiny radius so they put it in for pick up. They didn’t tell me that from the beginning, they didn’t call me back to let me know, just nothing.Terrible service. Simply unacceptable.
I've never eaten a Papa John's pizza before tonight and I never will again. I ordered two large pizzas from someone who answered the phone in another country because the communication skills were less than four. What I received were two large pizzas across was doey the vegetables were undercooked she's wasn't even Brown around the edges. I ordered fresh garlic on the pizzas and ended up with garlic dipping sauce. The original price was close to $40 $39 and some change. I had a coupon for buy one get one free large Papa John's Pizza. I ate one slice of my pizza and put the rest in the garbage. Even my two large German Shepherds would not eat it. So don't waste your money on Papa John's from the phone order to the plate total disappointment!
We ordered 2 pizza tonight and they were absolutely the worst tasting pizza's we have ever had . They were cold,, tastless and hard. We will never order again. Don't waste your money.
Yummy pizzas! You'll pay a little more, but it's worth it if you can. I had a promo for BOGO lg pizza. Helpful staff.
I love Papa John's until last night I ordered a medium pizza with green peppers I got jalapeno peppers on it I cannot tolerate jalapeno peppers
I will give you credit for your pizza, husband loves it.I can't eat pizza and order Garlic twists, knots? Dry as a bone, doughy. I called the store asked for a manager,,She told me over an hour and 25 minutes " Sending new bread order out"?? I definitely thought better of you
Pizza and wings were horrible my tab was $80 for nothing, wings were under cooked pizza was soggy, just dissatisfying.. I will never go back again.
