super friendly, super sweet atmosphere, and the BEST food around. why go to a 5 star fancy restaurant when you can get food THIS GOOD ?
I really want to like this place. I’ve been disappointed 3 times. First time, the guy at the counter looked thoroughly confused. Had no idea what cilantro or radish sprouts were. It’s really not that complicated to put together a bowl.Second time, we ordered take out and they forgot to add our sauce. Had to go back to get the sauce.Third time-ordered take out again. I always get the avocado sauce. It appears they made the sauce without the avocado so it taste like pure vinegar. And it’s all over my bowl. I’ve lost my appetite. I don’t have time to go back as I have a client meeting in 10 minutes. I will not be back.Please train your teenage boy employees better.
Good food and flavors. I got the “Golden Hour” bowl and the flavors worked well together, the counter sauce is the right amount of spice with lots of flavor. The staff is attentive and nice, moderate speed of service but in todays world that’s understandable. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the store had multiple flies flying where the line formed and they did not enforce the “no hands over the counter” rule which makes you wonder how “clean” the place is.
We have been loving Pacific Counter for years and it keeps getting better. My latest favorite is the tuna nachos!!! Best flavor in town, so so fresh, best sauces, the nicest staff and portions are more than generous. I’ve tried other Poke and Pacific Counter is just hands down the very best over all. Again it’s the sauces and flavors that are really just unbeatable. For truly great Poke, super friendly and helpful staff, it is Pacific Counter for a great experience and delicious meal.
Pacific Counter is BY FAR the best Poke bowl restaurant in the industry! Quality proteins and the plethora of fresh toppings, along with the most diverse and delicious sauces make their bowls explode with flavor! I’ve tried other places, and I always wish I had the flavorful options provided at Pacific Counter!Awesome owners who really care about their customers satisfaction, too! Try it out if you haven’t already…you won’t be disappointed!
Use to LOVE this place! I’d go about 3x a week. Now, they raised the price of my favorite bowl from 11.99 to 17.99!!!! That’s insane! DROP YPUR PRICES BACK. Such a shame bc the food is awesome! Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to eat here.
Numero uno!! The absolute BEST! I normally just get the big bowls which are fantastic. The staff was very courteous super friendly. I used to go to Bento..but, they stopped using Masago. That was the final straw for me! So, now I'm a pacific counter guy!
Let me start by saying that the food is consistently great. What is not great is the service. It’s a bunch of teenagers standing around chatting rather than doing what they should be and helping customers. I would gladly give a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the service.
Great place and matches the one over in St. Pete. Really like the space and the options of picks for creating the bowl. My bowl was pretty enjoyable but I didn't order anything spicy and my bowl ended up being pretty spicy and pretty heavy on the salty taste, maybe it was the shrimp but there isn't much poke places around here so I'm sure I'll be back for another go.
One of my favorite places to go! The nachos and the bowls are the best! Don’t forget the counter sauce if you love a little spice!
