Very pleased with the level of service. Drinks were mixed quite well. My filet mignon and lobster tail was cooked to my satisfaction.
We showed up at 7 pm on a Sunday night, seated right away. Our server Andrew was on top of the ball all night. Drinks and food were spot on , and delicious. Andrew's energy when serving the customer was amazing. We'll definitely be requesting Andrew's services again!
We had not only a lovely dinner, but our server Lauren was a delight. We have been here a million times, and the last time we were here, our server was a snotty bitch. I hope she is no longer here. Again, Lauren is fantastic! And a real sweetheart.
Perfectly seasoned food, Lobster tails, broccoli and baked potato were amazing , flavorful!
I did not know all the steaks were grilled by a machine? At least this Outback did.I choose the Prime Rib (Rare), baked potato, Mac & cheese, as an appetizer Blooming Onion!!!It really is to die for!!! And the steak was beyond perfection!!!I would tell everyone to go!!!
Waiter was great, appetizers were good but my daughter and I didn't feel well after eating our steaks. My other daughter had chicken and felt fine. Steaks were very watery. I do love outback but this time wasn't the best.
Wasn’t so pleased with our serviceBoth my boyfriend and I asked for rib eye steakHe requested medium done and I requested well done and loaded bake potatoesLong story short our meat wasn’t even cooked well as we requestedI then mentioned it to our serverThey took my steak and said they’d cook it well done and they came back and asked me to slice it again to make sure it was well doneAnd once again it was red not well doneI understand some restaurants are short staffed and it’s hard to keep up but I’m paying for a service and expected well done meat we only got one loaded potato and I was so so upset.. we also noticed everyone got glass cups and we were given carry out cups felt so discriminatedDefinitely not going backThe one on Cortez has better service and they do my meat well done .. we brought our stake home so we can cook it our way this is so upsettingI wasn’t planning to cook and I had no choice
I usually don’t complain and I know places are understaffed but…we picked up an order, Bacon wasn’t even cooked on chicken ,and the sweet potatoes were burnt. They put the salads underneath the hot food so they were wilted.
We ordered on the phone and then picked u curbside the staff was very friendly and fast. We enjoyed our meals and we will be back. The butter cake dessert was the star of the meal.
I don't like to be placed in the back of a restaurant, and I find that it's a common practice with many chain restaurants. Waitstaff are assigned sections, and that's usually the cusomary feedback as to why no available seating in the center or away from the kitchen or bathroom. This is a practice that needs to stop! My request was quickly addressed as there were so many open seats in the aforementioned areas. Our waiter was pleasant, and the food was good and hot.
