The food was really great! I highly recommend the grape leaves! They were served hot which was new to me. Nevertheless, they tasted amazing!I also want to mention that the bathrooms here were impeccable! Clean bathrooms in a restaurant is such a rarity these days. If their bathrooms are this clean just imagine how clean their kitchen is!10/10 will be back!
This Cafe is popular and having been here before I have been generally satisfied. The staff are very pleasant and attentiveBut. My Philly cheese steak sandwich looked as though it was thrown together by a chef that must have had a lot more important things to do.The steak was very tasty but stone cold on the top and red hot at the botton...same with the mushrooms and onions...the slices of cheese were unmelted which really didn't help.I could have sent it back but that's not what I do.I will return as my office is just round the corner at a later date.
We were met at the door with a smile, and it just got better. Three of us had prime rib, eggplant parm, and lasagna. The prime rib came with potato wedges that were delicious! The Greek salad was tasty, as was the split pea soup. Though the food was hot and yummy, our server, Nikki, made the experience even better! Friendly and attentive, she was a gem! We’ve already made plans to go back soon.
I wasn't really a fan of this restaurant. The visit started which the waitress being upset with her collegue, because she saw we weren't getting any service. She told us she is the only one working in the place. Even though I noticed she was right, because she was the only one running the restaurant.. it felt kinda weird as a costumer. The food wasn't very good either. It wasn't authentic at all. The feta was very cheap quality. There was so much dressing over the salad that I didn't taste anything else. The chicken of the other salad was very dry. It is impossible that it was freshly prepared. Really disappointed with my experience, because the reviews on this page are very good
Wonderful Greek food in a cozy atmosphere! We got the gyro sandwich which was served with a very generous portion of gyro meat. The pastitsio was perfectly seasoned with a nice layer of cheesy bechamel on top. The Greek salad was fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this place for an authentic Greek meal.
Used to be amazing but this last time was only OK. Waitress was slow. Took 15+ minutes for her to even greet us. She had a couple of tables but nothing crazy from what we could see. Had to continually remind her of things. Food was bland and not what we have had in the past. Hopefully just an off night.
We dined here several times before and enjoyed our meals. This time, my $18. Caesar salad with chicken left a lot yo be desired. A good bit of the romaine was brown, a few croutons, I saw no cheese at all, and dressing that was thick as pudding. Chicken was decent. My husband got gyro platter and I do believe the potatoes were canned. We spent almost $40. And could have gone elsewhere for a great dinner. I don't know what happened.
Ordered food to pickup from here last night. I had the Grouper Bites and Coleslaw, husband had their Gyro sandwich. The food was EXCELLENT!The Gyro was so big, it took both of my husband's large hands to hold it; packed with meat, and he said it was delicious. We shared the Coleslaw, and both of us liked it a lot!Have ordered food many times from the Olympic Cafe, and we have always been pleased with the portions, the freshness, and the taste!
This little cafe is one of the most authentic and delicious Greek restaurants we have ever been in, and we are Greek !! could not recommend it more.We will be back definitely
The food was fine, but we felt that we were overcharged, plus they have a secret fee for using a card. They even tell you until it is too late and there is nothing to be done about it. Won't be going back.
