They do not know there own menu. 2 nd time trying to order. What you read on the menu is not what you will get. Also refuses to refund mistake claiming she repeated the order back saying what she did not say. She argued loudly as i am waiting for her to refund the wrong. She is not someone you can speak with to resolve any issues. I finally asked her if I was waiting for nothing or if we were going to resolve the issue. Never again. Spend your money somewhere else. She will say it is your mistake not hers. I do not like to argue still paid full price waited for another dishes while wrong food sits. Or I thought I was as she told me she would, I told her I need it timely matter. Never start fixing it left me standing. Yelled at more I am forced to go back home with food . 2 trips wasted time, money. no working out she only yelled at me more I thought she was fixing was not she keeps telling me to listen to her but all you can do is go silent. Her fight is so aggressive it her pushing you out the door so the do not need to fix order or refund mistake. Worst experience in the food industry I have ever experienced. ..When I back with the rise noodle side no one wanted to eat it as her response was so bad the thought was the kitchen spit in the food.
This people screw up my order 4 weeks ago giving me white rice versus a large house fried rice I pay for and are just as clueless and been giving me a run around would never stop here again check there ratings before u order.
Fast service and awesome food! Sesame chicken is the best I have found in town.
Excellent food and prices! Being from the Philadelphia area, where Chinese food is superb, this was a great find! Just as good if not better then my go to in Philadelphia!

Best Chinese food! They take a good minute to make the food but it means they are making quality food! Love it.Have tried other Chinese food around the area, always end up coming back to New Garden.

This used to be my go to place about 2 years ago for quick Chines food. Either all the cooks or owners have changed in that time. The kids at the counter are no longer polite. I ordered hunan beef with fried rice and some pork dumplings. The fried rice used to be extremely flavorful, now it is dry and almost tasteless brown rice. The hunan beef was ok but still not very good. The worst part about my order is the pork dumplings where 100% undercooked. I noticed it as soon as I opened them. This would have made someone very sick. I live 20 minutes away so I just tossed them. I will not be wasting my money on food from this place anymore.
This is by far my favorite restaurant they always get it perfect every time. Always my go-to if I don't want to cook <3
