I have never been to a more filthy establishment in my life. To be honest, if the health dept were to visit, they would shut this place down. The toppings were mixed, the scoops were disgusting, some of the lids were broken, the refrigerated toppings were all either empty or near empty and that’s just the topping bar. The tables, floors, walls, etc. were all covered in dirt, grime, ice cream, toppings, etc. When we arrived there was not a single person in there not even the employee. The employee could have easily wiped tables down when they were slow. Very disappointed. Will not return. Someone needs to get control of this place!!!
Love the flavors and toppings but the customer service is even better!! My son spilt a little and Presley was quick to offer to cleanup and not worry about it. Ensured that the experience and memory was great!! This is why we keep coming back.
I ordered 2 cakes by mistake and management made sure they refunded me for that. Although I wasn’t under the impression that their cakes weren’t regular cakes due to finding it in google search for “custom cakes”… The store manager handled every situation well. Although my daughter loves the 1st cake but couldn’t eat it because we’re lactose intolerant… She loved the 2nd one even more! Thank you so much again for going the extra mile for your customers.
Came in last week with my husband and had the worst experience! There was trash everywhere along with dried up yogurt all over the tables. We waited out in the lobby for over 10 minutes with no service until a short blonde girl finally helped us but seemed to have an attitude the whole time, and didn’t even acknowledge the mess and walked straight to the back after handing us the wrong change!! Do you just hire these people off the streets? Definitely won’t be back
Confused. Went up to front door at 9:00 pm in and saw the lights off and the side patio area was put away, had no idea you guys closed early today because it wasn’t updated on google. Was really excited for some fro yo ?

Came in a few days over this past week and I can’t say I’m impressed. I was disrespected over the phone, trash EVERYWHERE, got handed the wrong change multiple times, and when i needed help pumping caramel into my yogurt the girl looked at me and walked away! One word. Trashy

Such a great place to go with the family! I come in every week and I’m satisfied every time! The young girl at the counter is always so sweet and helpful to me and my 2 daughters, great suggestions!! Best yogurt ever
