horrible customer service. employee was very rude and only gave two splendas for two large drinks. when we went and asked for more she said she already gave us enough. she reluctantly handed us two more. no you’re welcomes and was very rude and snarky the entire time, even before we asked for more. do not recommend working at a place dealing with customers if you don’t have simple manners.
I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits,a Large Hot Mocha,diet coke and Apple Fritter. They did not have any soft drinks of any kind. And No bakery items. It was 9 am on a Saturday morning. I will not be back.
The SLOWEST fast food drive thru I have ever been in. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food (after being asked to pull up) was 28 minutes. Multiple people leaving the line after waiting. Then the lady who brought my food out was rude and unapologetic for the long wait. Food was cold.
Sat in line at the drive-thru for over a half hour only to move one car length forward. I decided I would go in to pick up my order but found all the doors locked. An employee who noticed me just simply hand waved me away before looking back down at their phone.
This location sucks. They focus on the drive thru and ignore the customers inside. Took more than 20 minutes to get food because they only focused on the drive thru. No straws, no lids, out of sweet tea. We weren't the only ones in there. One guest waited 12 minutes just to get two cups for her tea. Of course the tea was empty and had to wait another 5 minutes to get someone to fill it up for her behind the counter. This location has rarely ever been organized or staffed well. Manager could care less must be. Has been going on for years.
McDonald's is definitely our tried and true. Love their cheeseburgers!! I ordered inside and had my bag of burgers in less than 5 minutes. I do mean bag of burgers, five cheesebugers for under $7 can't be beat!!
Our orders are normally correct in the drive thru. However, I went into the restaurant and I saw 2 different employees go in and out of the restroom with their aprons on and go back into the kitchen. Ok ty for ruining what I always considered a very good McDonald's. Thumbs up to the always friendly morning drive thru lady!
Ordered my food via drive thru and was asked to pull into slot 8 because they were waiting for fries np. There for over 10 minutes while other pple would pull in to a slot and get their food quickly. Had to go in and realized they had forgotten about me and didn't even have my burger, which was a quarter pounder with cheese no onions, ready. I was late to work because of them. Definitely will not go back.
Ordered online for inside pick up. They have the doors locked and would not come to the door. The worker pointed to the drive thru. Sitting here for 15 minutes without moving for an order that is likely getting cold on the counter. Someone could have at least answered the door and put me in curbside wait.
These idiots can’t get anything right! They never put sauce in the bag. Stop hiring old people who can’t read in the morning. Honestly this McDonald’s never gets anything right. It’s always something. I’m done going here ever again. It’s pathetic and ridiculous.
