Very long wait in drive thru. Staff was polite and order was correct
Received food that was cool and thought maybe another bite would change but had my husband bring it back. He came back and it was new sandwiches and it was cold. Called the manager and told her you are going to make people sick. No more McDonald's for me. I will go to Culver's at least you get a hot meal. Hamburgers are much better and service too.
When someone orders a plain cheeseburger it needs to only have meat cheese and bun, my kids don't have time to deal with a pickle... ?Update: Wife contacted McDs and was told someone would reach out to her about this because she requested a refund on food that wasn't eaten, and no one has done so.
Update: They need help! We arrived, only took 3 minutes to park, walk in and order but then waited 15 minutes for our food. Short staffed - as most other places and really need someone to have time to clean tables as they're messy from prior people and we had to go in the restroom to get water on napkins to clean ourselves. Staff are nice though and fries are awesome as always. If you need a job please apply! They need more staff.This McDonalds is nice, clean and has great staff.
No complaints. The staff has been quick, professional and kind every time I go. Hope they get paid okay because they're amazing and do everything with a smile.
Food takes a LONNNNGGGG time . Waited in drive-thru for 1/2 an hour (at a McDonalds! lol). Employees are VERY rude! Manager used the F-bomb! See other reviews, still using pandemic as excuse. If you can't run the business, close it!
The overnight staff at this McDonald’s is outstanding! They are kind, courteous, and have a genuine smile on their face. The food was fresh and hot and the service was prompt.When I’m craving a late night snack, I will drive the additional 10 minutes to THIS store. The service was fantastic and the way that the staff took care of me was is second to none.Keep up the fantastic work! You sure put a smile on my face at the start of my day :)
Ordered 2 combos, one being nuggets that I ordered ranch with. Second combo we wanted barbecue sauce for the fries. Was refused sauce because I was told I already received ranch with nuggets. If there is a charge for additional sauce it would’ve been paid. Instead the gentleman serving food wanted to argue about the number of meals ordered versus amount of sauce ordered. Sad to lose a regular customer over one sauce but the lack of professionalism and service showed tonight.
Is kind of messy. Sometimes they remember that they are a FAST-FOOD restaurant, and some others it takes forever to get your meal
After waiting in line for 10 minutes we got all of our food incorrect and when we called back to the restaurant to get it corrected we were told there was nothing they could do about it. Manager was rude and unwilling to give us any type of refund or reconciliation for their mistakes
