STAY AWAY FROM THIS Mc Donald . Their customer service is just the worst one we have ever experienced. Hopefully the management will take care of that.
I stop there once I a while. Ordered my meal. Cashier friendly and attentive. Then the fries were placed on the tray first After 5 minutes sitting there a team leader took them back to fries warmer as she noticed that I noticed. Then sandwich came and I got the same fries back although she made fresh batch. the old ones all should have gone in garbage. Big Mac was missing lettuce.
This review is not on the food because it's, well... McDonald's. This review is on the disgusting dining room, the filthy tables, the dirty chairs, and the sticky floors. Oh ya, and employees sleeping on the benches.Management obviously doesn't care. Where is the owner?
I went to 2 McDonald's. I'm assuming this is about the location off of 64. Before that, I went to the only MCD in Ellenton. They of course had only 3 drink options. So no Caramel Frappe. The location off of 64 next to the 75 on ramp is the BEST MCD. This location is the training location. So it's always top notch.
They forgot a quarter pounder w/cheese deluxe and a cheeseburger ketchup only that had ketchup/onions on it. We ordered a 20 piece mcnugget and buffalo/honey mustard sauce. We got 1 Buffalo, 1 honey mustard and 2 sweet/sour. Apparently the up to $16.50 per hour wage doesn't require brains.
I ordered a big Mac and it was still cold, the employee that took my order was very unprofessional and rude. After I left another employee passed by and had a very strong order that smelled like marijuana. I will never go back to McDonald's ever again.
Waited over 30 minutes outside for curbside pick up. Door locked no one would answer. Tried to call several times no one answered the phone. Who is managing this property?
So if your in the Animal Kingdom neighborhood...this may be the only cheap eats for miles. Now if the cashier starts talking to you in Spanish, like she did me, good luck. We ate for 1/2 the cost of a sandwich in the park.
4 stars cause they have the best McDonald’s breakfast in town! But very irritated because they claim to be 24 hours and that’s a lie! THEY ARENT OPEN 24 hours
Waited 35 minutes inline with only 7 cars in front of us total. Food was basic same thing you get it any McDonald's across the country
