LIAHNYS (sp?) was super rude. I was in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes to get an iced coffee! There were only seven cars in front of me. I was in the left lane. When I got to the point of having my order taken, I was ignored. For cars in the right lane were served before I finally said something. They said they were having technical difficulties. So I continued with my order, and whenI got to the second window, the staff was standing there chatting (no wonder it took FOREVER). I made a comment to the girl at the window (LIAHNYS) that I have been in line for a super long time. She just looked at me and shut the window in my face. How rude. I didn’t cause a scene, I didn’t ask for my money back, but some kind of acknowledgment would have been nice. I will be calling corporate, will not return to this location.
This McDonald's is clean the staff are great very professional I've always had excellent service through the drive through. The staff has even thanked me for turning off my truck, since its loud it goes from a 4 inch to an 8 inch axel dump, which makes my 7.3 diesel sound amazing. The only negative and time consuming incident was out of thier control was when this young lady ran out of gas in the drive through. We had to get our of our vehicles and push hers forward so at least we could keep the orders going through. She had to run across the street for gas when she bounded back at least the men were entertained on her run back with her skinny bikini top. They thought for sure after the battle of bouncing in every direction the tatas were looking for freedom. With no avail they stayed in the over the should bolder holder.
Thank you to the staff who let us order an Orange juice for our 94 year old Grandpa. We went at lunch where you don't sell your orange juice at that time, and all my Grandpa wanted was orange juice. Thank you.
Disgusting. Received a chicken biscuit sandwich that was raw in the middle. This is not only gross but dangerous.
I love McDonald's but I have never , ever had the worst experience like I did in this one in particular. The drive-thru was packed and we decided to go in . Once we entered there was no one to attend us immediately, the place was filthy with garbage all over the floor and the customer service was the worst. An employee passed by and I had a question about the SpriteLemonade and she just ignored me and when I said excuse me for the fourth time she said "I'm on break". Omg I just couldn't believe it. Me as a customer service representative I was insulted. I hope they improve in this area because it's a real shame with these no manners employees they have there.
I only eat one thing on the menu, (Fish sandwich) We’ll, Ya know how fried food that’s old and cold gets really chewy… we’ll that’s what I got. Really sub par. Barely warm. And long wait.
Employees never acknowledge customers inside the lobby. Literally have to flag someone down to get their attention. They'll just be talking and ignoring 6+ people in line. It's one thing if you're short staffed, but to not even acknowledge the customers existence???? My husband doordash's and this is something he deals with everytime he goes there.
The drive through was faster than the lobby. I waited 5min without service in the lobby with staff hanging out on their phones. I went in the drive through and immediately got service. McFricken ridiculous
Ate inside. Burger and fries both warm at best. Was in a rush to go to work thought it would be faster to go inside. No prompt counter service. Watched two ladies leave after they were told they could order from the touch screen and pay with a credit card. Drove thru the location on sr70 which was equally as bad. Wasted my money both times. Pretty much done with the smaller burgers than before, and can't even get them hot. You can blame staffing and covid but basically it seems to boil down to expediting and preparation and attention. Yes I'm in the food service industry. Not that that should be a factor. So called 'fast food' is not a disclaimer for mediocore to poor food.
