They got my entire order wrong and gave me one small packrt of syrup. They told me I had to pay 50 cents for another one! The food was disgusting. I had a fly in my sandwich!! Do not go here!! The lady was rude at the food drive thru.
I stop about 3 times a week for breakfast on my bicycle ride. I order on line so I have less than a minute wait before I'm enjoying my breakfast.
This is why I don’t eat at McDonald’s the customer service is terrible. I went through the drive-through and the man didn’t even speak English couldn’t even repeat my order back to me kept telling me to pull forward. I pull forward they charge me for an order that’s not even mine double the cost of what I ordered. I tell them at the window what I ordered three sandwiches and a coffee they take my card and tell me to pull forward to park. A man comes out with my refund in my card but I still have a sandwich missing. Talk about freaking unorganized chaos And no one listening.
They never get any order right. Have to check my bag every time before I drive away. Had to drive back tonight as I was missing a burger and sauce for four orders of chicken nuggets. I was offered no apology from the manager.
Just McDonald's in palmetto is awful. The helper rude the food is never the same and if they don't feel like dealing with ice cream drinks or the like they say they're broke and they are not broken that much. I would just assume though a few miles further and not be aggravated
The food itself tastes fine. However the fact they charge for the sauces (standard bbq and sweet and sour) is ridiculous. I don’t go to a McDonald’s to get nickled and dimed.
Their kiosks don't take cash so I was forced to wait at the counter for someone to take my order. I stood there about 5 minutes and was never even acknowledged. The employees were busy with the drive thru but someone could've at least acknowledged me. I left and won't return.
super busy drive thru, so I decide to go inside. served with a smile and got my grub. sat down to a clean and welcoming table, pulled out my frys . diped them in the saucy sauces and felt my childhood rush around in my head. rembering all the days of playing in the playgrounds making friends. just livin life afraid of nothing crawling around in those tubes , slipping down the slide into the bottomless ball pit. I'm still convinced ,Jimmy Hoffa is buried in one of those ball pits. anywho... nice clean place and good food.
The quarter pound felt more like a regular hamburger but tasted more like the cardboard box. Fish-o-filet was small, hardly any cheese or sauce and had a poor flavor. So long since I had been to McDonald's. Gonna be a long time before I waste my money there again.
The staff that works at this place is exceptional! I usually go in the morning or afternoon so whoever is working those shifts, keep it up! Everyone is cheerful and friendly and it is a far cry from what I experience at most restaurants and fast food places these days. I understand everybody is short staffed and working hard but they never let it affect them and they always are very friendly and polite!
