BAD! Bad! They have an advertisement saying u get a free slushie if they dont ask for your rewards! The guy didnt asked for it so i claimed my free slushie , he was so rude and talking bad towards me! Manager was the she didnt even said anything! Mcdonalds owner gotta step up !
stood in front of the cash register to ask if my order came in through the kiosks machine. waited 15 minutes while i watched the staff talking, laughing, and on their phones. only reason they talked to me was because i got their attention. lady also forgot everyone’s drinks and had to give customers their cups about 3 times
Don't order from the app for curbside pickup if your in a hurry!!! 15 minutes I waited went through the drive through told me they are making it now pull up waited another 10 minutes order was cold and wrong staff is a joke. Customer service is garbage!!!
Ooof. Mcdonalds has gone down hill over the years. This one, although they prepare the food correctly, is very slow. The drive-thru is the slowest in town. Be prepared to sit in line for 15-20 minutes. They're fully staffed but still take their sweet time. If you're in a rush, definitely not the place to go. The interior is usually empty inside. It has a weird industrial look to it with bricks. Not sure what the designer was thinking. Doesn't feel very McDonalds.
Staff is highly unprofessional lacks at their jobs discriminating, against people for being homeless. Did you not to serve the homeless people and unsatisfactory lousy and rude staff. I have never seen such pathetic unwelcoming attitude poor mentality, terrible management. The staff doesn't seem to understand regardless of what anyone does the people customers are the reasons why they have paychecks and why they have jobs. The staff member, Teresa who is harassing a homeless person needs to be fired! The the way she handled the situation was very disappointing. I have been in the hospitality and and 16 to 17 years myself. And this really is very negative.
We set up the drive-thru several minutes. No one ever helped us. As we drove away not being helped we could see the guy just standing at the computer, not helping. We set at the light and no cars moved, they were even honking and they weren't helped. I understand things happen but basic commination is needed. Put up a sign that your closed or computer is broken something, it's so rude to just leave customers sitting there.
It's always a hit or miss when coming to a fast food place like McDonald's. But the food this night was freshly made and delicious. I have to say even with losing my taste from covid... I could still tell how fresh the quarter pounder w/ cheese and fries were.. it was mouth watering ?
Usually love the service here (yk for a mcdonalds) but me and my bf have been in this drive thru for an hour no exaggeration. Granted, the workers are still the best McDonalds workers I’ve come across, but being second car to the pick up box for over 30 minutes now after waiting nearly 45 minutes to order is absolutely confusing to me. I’ve had enough time to listen to a full playlist and write a review which I would never do.
Been waiting an hour for nugs(currently in line). Hasn't been the first time that you'll have to wait. I close and usually get off at 10-11 so not much of an option to go anywhere else to eat when there isn't dinner. Definitely recommend the McDonald's on Cortez or the one by Chick-Fil-A. Last time I'm coming by this place again.
This branch is by far the slowest and most unorganized McDonald's in Bradenton. They are always short staffed and most of the employees have no idea about customer service. Whoever's the owner of the franchise needs to really think about spending some time at the store. I literally live 2 minutes away but will go 15min out of my way to go to the McDonald's near 75th St. off Cortez Road just so I don't have to deal with the incompetence of the staff at this branch.
