Just recently I went in with my children to sit down with them to have a nice lunch because this is my youngest favorite place. There was was plenty of places to sit but every single table was disgusting. They had enough staff to at least have one person come clean out the tables and sanitize it down. Then the children wanted ice cream, again this is one of their favorite places to go and 95% of the time they always say the ice cream machine is broken. With this being one of the busiest restaurants in Manatee County there should be no reason why something doesn't work in this restaurant. The actor these last few incidents that I have ran into at this location I will not be returning.

Restaurant was Great, but service is slow. And Cashier's need Attitude adjustments, food preparation is poor, everything slapped together. Very messy presentation, missing condiments. So sad use to enjoy McDonald's..

Christian the Mgr attempted to make the problem...My order was placed at 801 p.m. through one of the kiosks inside. I did not receive my order until 8:40 p.m. my order did not register on the screen up front therefore there was a glitch in the computer. The cashier simply asked me what my order number was and never came back with any information. I then had to ask for the manager who had to take care of my order personally. I was not upgraded anything discounted anything for my loss of time. This is not fast food...This is...DISGRACE FOOD ????

Waited outside in the parking lot for 45 minutes for the 2nd half of our order, 3 people came out and had no idea what we were missing. We had to walk in the lobby and gave them our receipt then about 15 minutes later the manager comes out after we call up there and asks again what were missing because they can't find the receipt....? it was crazy I've never seen mcdonalds so unorganized, plus so many workers and so little customers so what were they so busy with??? Ugh

I do not suggest ordering through a food delivery app with this restaurant; the order will be inaccurate every time. The last seven times we have ordered over the past month, every single one had an issue. Today: the only item from the happy meal is the milk, we were missing an apple fritter, a large fry, a quarter pounder, and all the sauces. The receipt is shown just to show they cannot get their things together. If a manager is reading this, and hopefully they do, fire everyone. When people pay twice the price to get a delivery you should take twice the time to ensure it is right as a customer cannot check their bag and say I missing something like every person does after they leave your drive-through or your counter when they go inside. Every time I go to your actual location I am one of those customers as well.

I just came through the drive through 5/12/22 at 1:30pm and I got a quarter pounder, once I got home * mind you I am pregnant I bite into a burger that is COMPLETELY RAW !!!!!! I’m extremely disappointed and will never be eating here again.. just disgusting. Ruined my whole appetite and will probably be sick?

Another customer asked me how long I'd been waiting. I responded "about 25 minutes" the manager rudely butted in (in a profoundly unpleasent tone) saying "well weve got more orders than workers so youre just gonna have to wait" I oberserved her being rude to other customers as well. I understand that they are short staffed and if it wernt for this womans horrible attitude, I wouldnt even be writing this.

I want to give a zero, first off customer service was unbelievable, employees don't know how to run a drive through and they completely jacked our order. Not only did they lie about having no sweet tea, they didn't even give us straws. Whoever their employer is need to either be replaced or retrained on how to do their job

Worst McDonalds ever! I ordered online and went inside to pick up. They were busy so I patiently waited. I went to the counter after people got their orders who I knew ordered after I had been there and asked about my latte. The manager came out, went to the register and then just handed me a receipt and money. I asked what it was for and she said that machine is broken and walked away. No sorry, do you want something else instead? Just walked away. I patiently waited over 20 mins and that's it? I had a choice between here and Wawa. I made the wrong choice. Terrible service.

Blah. Just one of the many fast food joints on the strip, except this one is 24hrs....always a line @ the drive thru. And although there may be alot of drug deals that take place here any veteran knows not to meet at the 24hr McDs. Keep driving you'll find a slightly better taco bell just down the road...
