I have been in drive through for 30 minutes and they have the lobby closed. The lady came to the door I tried to talk to her and she didn't even let me talk she looked at me said drive through and shut the door in my face. I was trying to tell her I have a big order that was placed already. I'm still in line waiting this is the worst how can restaurant be open and move fast but fast food takes over 35 minutes. It's fast food. They need better management.
One of the worst experiences in fast food ever been in line for 15 minutes to pick up a customer's food that was ordered 25 minutes ago was still told to get on drive-thru line even though my orders were pre-made Will make sure I let the customer know that KFC forced me to wait all that extra time and that's why your food is cold I have heat bags and that will not heat up your food it keeps hot food hot this KFC will forever be on my do not come to list and will recommend that nobody I know come here. I suggest all customers of KFC do not come to this one food is great customer service sucks
Door locked. They have a permanent sign stating carry out only--but the door was still locked. Pretty stupid for a place right next to the interstate. Been driving for hours...wanted to stretch my legs, use the latrine, and chow down some chicken and fish--nope! Wendy's across the street was happy to give me the customer service I was looking for. KFC/LJS no money for you.
Lobby is closed. I do not support any business that closes their lobby. Also after seeing an the 1 star reviews for this location and the owners lack of caring...I will never come back. The owner seems to not care at all. I just see them saying they are sorry but nothing is actually done to change things. Have fun going out of business.

Ordered L2 which is two chickens and received one fish and a very small chickenStaff was very nice when ordering.
This location is straight garbage. Placed a pick up order and when I arrive all of the doors are locked at 515pm. They're all congregating in the kitchen and yet no one seems to want to work or help me. I get in my car and have to go through the drive through. Yall are pathetic

That feeling when you order this, but get that...
We ordered through Uber eats at 7:14pm. Starting at around 8 we got a few messages on the app saying the order was delayed. We got a message from our Uber driver at 8:45 saying that the manager closed the location early due to lack of business. So, we just don't get our dinner now. No one answered when we tried to call. Not sure why they decided to ignore our order that came through but they accepted it and now we just don't have anything for dinner at 9pm. Not surprised they don't have any business if this is how this location is run. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
