Doesn't matter which KFC I go to they all suck. Every time I go they're always closed 2 hours early which really aggravates me. One time I ordered food from Uber Eats and it showed that the lady was there at KFC to pick the food up but an hour later she's still sitting at KFC or at least that's what it showed on Uber Eats so I went up there myself to find out what the hell to hold up was and come to find out they decided to close early. So I had to write to support to get my money refunded it was just a whole hullabaloo and it was an unnecessary headache
Went to go get some dinner for my family and I and there were people standing in the Drive-Thru with no vehicle. So when I got to the window I informed the manager there were people walking in the Drive-Thru blocking and she looked at me and said "and" in the most rude tone that I wouldn't expect from a manager. From my experience working in drive-thrus you cannot go through a drive-thru without a vehicle because it is not safe. so for her to completely disregard what I had to say and the way she disregarded me was very upsetting didn't say have a great day was not polite in any way and was very impatient and pushy
My husband spent over $50 so that I wouldn't have to cook, he got home and we realized that they forgot our entire order of chicken tenders for the children. I called the store to ask for a partial refund, they said they cannot do that and the manager argued with me insisting that it was put in the bag. She said she could pull the video up.. well I wish she would because I have never been so insulted by an incompetent manager. Customer service is a 0 star for me, the food also sucked and the biscuits were like hockey pucks. It's a no for me ???
I got cole slaw, fries, and a biscuit, and drive away a happy vegetarian camper. There's not much there for a vegetarian to eat, but they have THE BEST cole slaw in the world. With the chopped cabbage and tangy dressing, you simply can NOT beat KFC Cole Slaw! BRING IT!Now, as for the French Fries. What happened to them? They used to be potato wedges with lovely seasonings of them, close to the original chicken seasonings, but not quite... Or maybe quite, but what do I know, either way, they are GONE to be replaced with boring, plain fries that, while crispy, were really nothing to write home to.But, KFC pulled through again, and hit another home run with their always buttery, tender, and warm biscuit... I should got two. When ya eat KFC, ya gotta say, "Screw the calories" or you'll never forgive yourself. They didn't give me any honey, but that's ok, their idea of honey isn't truly honey. It's not even called honey. It's called honey sauce or something silly like that. (So, it's probably vegan, seeing how real honey is not vegan because it's produced by an "animal", and anything that is an animal product or that is produced by an animal is off limits to a true vegan... Which I am not).Anyway, the picture is obviously (I hope) not mine. I added it to show you how FINE KFC Cole slaw is. Do you know how hard it is to find a photo of just real KFC Cole slaw? Be well. I've eaten at least 50 Kentucky Fried Chicken Sandwiches. All of them DELICIOUS! I got 2 Sandwiches today and they were small, dried, no pickles, and only one had mayo. Manager and employee very rude! (Round trip 4 miles and I did it twice) The Colonel would be disappointed!
Stopped by the store 2 hours before close. Had originally placed an online order and tried picking up inside as the app told me to do. The doors were locked. I went through the drive thru instead, the girl told me to order when ready, I stated I had a pickup order. Then she said they were closed for the night and I would not receive my food. Which makes no sense, it was already paid for. And she was still taking orders. Was told to “get a refund from the app” when it wouldn’t even give me the option. Honestly horrible service.

Order online threw door dash half my order is missing. I call the store they tell me call door dash. I call door dash they tell me to call the store and it's nothing but a run around game. So now I all I have from my order is sides and that is it. Worst experience ever. I will never order threw kfc again at this location nor will I make a order threw door dash. Just because I ordered threw the actual store no one will do anything so I am out almost 40 dollars because of this. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go to this location and do not order threw door dash worst experience ever with both companies.
I've been here a few times and my order has been wrong every single time. It's always missing sauce, gravy, honey, biscuits, etc. One time I got a chicken little with two top buns on it. How does that even happen? Just pure laziness and lack of oversight.
Me and my husband stopped in for some chicken we ordered the 2 piece breast and wing combo it was delicious.There was an older woman who went out of her way to make sure our table was clean and was very sweet Employees like her are a gem to the company.
