Once again, take it upon yourself to check your bag before leaving! You don't want to get home and find out that they forgot to put something in your bag! It's sad that they can't do a simple job, like putting chicken in a box and putting it in your bag, they're always forgetting something! If we focus more on doing our job and doing it properly, the simple mistakes wouldn't be made or be an issue!
Saturday June 25 at 8:00 pm (drive thru) I was greeted with rudeness by a man who selected the orders. The lady at the microphone very nice, but that guy needs to be fired.
This the worst KFC we have ever been to. The restaurant was disgusting. Tables had not been wiped clean from previous customers visits. The floor in both the restaurant & the kitchen had debris scattered all about, disgraceful. Our 6 pieces of chicken were not crispy at all, it was all soggy. We should have complained but decided best not to! This restaurant should be shut down!
Why can’t they make chicken right for a change. You’ve been in business for decades. Yet the people that work there can’t follow a tried and true instruction model. Chicken is soaked in grease. That means they put the chicken on cold oil. Not pleasant to eat that chicken to say the least.
If I could rate NO stars or NEGATIVE stars I would, because they honestly don't deserve the 1 star google is requiring me to give them to leave this review. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I go to this KFC there is ALWAYS an issue with my order, which results in me bringing it to the staff's attention, and them proceeding to catch an attitude and immediately start getting hostile and aggressive. During this regretful visit, they made me pay for food, then proceed to have me park my car and wait over 30 minutes while they serve all the customers behind me, just to STILL GET MY ORDER WRONG, and not just wrong, they tell me that they don't have anymore of the item that they ALREADY charged me for. They were not even going to inform me that my item was missing from the bag, had I not noticed it when checking over my order before leaving. They were just going to take my money and let me leave without the main item I wanted. When I ask for a refund, since they are out of the item that I originally went there for, they caught an attitude and and ask ME for money....I'm asking for a full refund and instead they are asking me for MORE money? I continue to try giving this place the benefit of the doubt by going back, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day, but they're just miserable workers who obviously hate their job and their customers. Bad for business. The Cortez location is 1000 times better. Never an issue there.
This place is a joke. I think the staff is stoned or stupid.
Drive thru lady seem like she hate her job. Talk about what chew want. Rude looked at me like she wanted to slap me...damn leave attitude at home or find another job smh. Plus when she handed me my change some fell on the floor and didn't even react or said sorry.Bad for business I pray she didn't spit in my food ?
Food was okay,but service was fast .I was on a 30min lunch break I ordered and paid for my food. I received my food the 2 minutes later . Was so pleased.
This is not the 1st occasion I have had issues with this location so decided to leave some feedback this time. Ordered 2 meals, one 3-piece with mashed potatoes no gravy and the other chicken tender meal with two honey bbq sauces. Ordered and arrived in less than 5 minutes for quick pickup. After getting home, 5 min away, found both potatoes mixed with gravy and no sauces at all, chicken was marginally warm with tenders, 4 of 5, dry and withered. Biscuits were cold and crunchy. It looked as if they only had two cooks who did not look happy.
We used the drive through, staff was friendly. But the food was horrible. Biskits hard and gummy. Gravy watered down. Chicken was cooked in old oil or something nasty. Didn't get a receipt but we are calling headquarters. This was our first time ordering from here.
