i have never left a bad review, and i am a waitress so i understand the challenges of working in retail but this place was super sketchy. having the general manager immediate start yelling at us after our waitress told him we had a question. he didnt introduce himself, say hello, or ask us what we wanted. he attacked us without letting us say a word, total deal breaker. I feel bad for the staff working for himthis place is an absolute joke of a scam. the restaurant charged cover during the sporting event that wwas supposed to be on their TV, however, they were not consistent in making people pay. most of the customers watching the event got in for free by saying they were coming "just for dinner" when clearly there for the game.wings are mediocre, yet are 2$ per wing. this didnt bother me and i was willing to pay, but the service and other bad details made it not worth itthey also had a girl walking around selling individual jello shots for 5$. like what? 1st of all, the restaurant had no way to regulate how they served the jello nor any way to keep track of what they sold. how do we know the cash actually went to the restaurant and not pocketed by a staff member. p.s. literally zero booze in the shotlast but not least, the male general manager was a total jerk. my husband had a question wondering why we paid cover for an event that wasnt even on the screen, which we kindly asked our server about bc we were super confused. she got the manager to talk to us, who came to the table and didnt say hello or ask us what concerns we had, the first thing he yelled ar us was "we dont do refunds" as he slammed his hands onto the table.... we never said a word about a refund nor were we even mad or rude at that point, which is why the way he treated us really caught us off guard. this guy clearly had a bad day but wasnt doing himself any favors. we just wanted to know when they were gonna turn on the game we paid cover for to get in, but the jerk didnt even ask us what our question was. he made a major assumption and came at us aggressively slamming his hands on our table.HOOTERS IS WHERE ITS AT
The girls are always very nice and sweet. The wings are good good beer prices. Good atmosphere and my kids love it because they have crainmachines.
Went here at 8pm on a Friday night for appetizers. Server didn't even give us a menu, got the drink order wrong then asked if we wanted another in a bottle. The drink was a rum and coke in a tall glass, came out in a short glass then when she asked if he wanted another she asked if he wanted it in a bottle. The cheese for the pretzels was cold and when requested barbecue sauce on the other appetizer it didn't have any. Oh well won't be back.
Out of many appetizers, i ordered 10 wings naked, plain. 2 were extremely crispy, completely different color than the other 8. Times are changing, restaurants suck these days !!!
My first time here and definitely a good experience. The food was hot and fresh. And the bartender you have to come see her! She's so alert of your requests, super friendly and i love her smile. Come check her out. Come to Winghouse and ask for the most friendliest and best bartender ever, ASK FOR FAITH!!!!!!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The whole store was a wreck, head to toe disgusting?. The poor girls are running around with what seems like little to no training can’t even get a simple soft drink order right and the manager John is absolutely no help at all to the employees or customers he’s rude disrespectful and clearly incapable of managing. By the time I received my food which was over an hour after we sat down the wings were cold and stale and he did not offer any type of compensation, I would like to know what he was doing while the poor girls had 6+ tables with full parties who were clearly asking for help. Please save your time and money and go anywhere else but here. Will never be returning.
I was truly curious about this place because it seemed to have a lot of cars there on the frequent so I figured the food must be great. I'm sorry this is a one and done I was so embarrassed to have carried a guest of there. It was a huge regret for me I thought the food was pricey and unimpressive the place was nearly empty and I can pretty well I can pretty well guess why
It's a hooters restaurant with a different name. Food was okay, way more expensive than should be for what you are getting. Service was okay, at best. Server forgot part of the order and it took a long time for it to get the table. One and done for us
I've found the best wings around. I really enjoyed the garlic parmesan and sweet Thai Chili wings. The chicken wasn't fatty and Gary cooked them to pefection. There is a full menu and too many specialty sauces to mention. The service was great. A friendly, relaxed place to enjoy good food, a drink and the sports game on the big screen TV's. There's a full service bar serving your favorite libation with a smile and kind word. Emma, the Bartender was very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment. Service was good and the food was good. The wings say market price. I ordered 10 wings and the charged me 16.99. 1 70 cents is outrageous. 10 wings, side salad, drink, and a 7.99 appetizer was almost 36.00. Hell I can eat a 20 oz steak for that. Will not be back period.
