Every time they either forget the Dijon, or add mayo after I said no mayo, added lettuce in my lettuce wrap after asking no lettuce inside the unwhich. They lost a customer.
It's okay, the sandwiches are decent. Don't have high expectations.
I remember it being a better sandwich a couple years ago.
Placed order through the app. 50 minutes after the text says order on its way still nothing so I called where the manager was rude telling me the driver delivered my food to some man outside… when I explained that i don’t know who he gave my food to but wasn’t my friend or anyone for my home, that the driver should of came to my actual door, she told me she was going to refund me and hung up on me all rude… no refund has been made! That driver should of been forced to pay for the original meal and what I ordered should of been made remade and delivered the way it was instructed to do so. Wasn’t my fault the driver just gave the food to a stranger. When I tried to call the store back they won’t answer! So now I paid $20 for food I never got ! Worst service ever.
A nice newer built location, I've ordered online a few times from this place. Its always on time and staff is friendly when I need to pick up my order.

Fast fresh delicious sandwiches for sure but.....1) absolute chaos during lunch rush so plan accordingly or just get it delivered.2) older woman employee out back smoking cigarettes only to see her making sandwiches on the line moments later. Gross.
2nd time in a row that I have ordered online for in-store pickup and my order wasn’t started freaky fast. Arrived and had to wait at the register for a couple minutes then they claimed that the order just came in and they were going to start making it so they tell me to wait a little and I sit down for about 5 more minutes and I see the order sitting there and no one said it was ready so I asked if it was mine and they said yes. Another family was walking out at the same time just as disgusted as I was saying that service was horrible made their sandwiches wrong. To end it with a bang my chicken wrap was AWFUL, more croutons than chicken
So so. $7.69 sandwich ok not great, not a great portion. I ordered and waited on a high top table. Worker put my sandwich on the counter and didn't say anything. After an ackward amount of time I got up and looked around. Oh there it is. He said I looked busy he didn't want to interrupt me.( I was playing on my phone.) Freaky fast became freaking long. Would not return. Come to think it he never asked about any preferences or modifications I may have wanted. Publix deli better.
