Manager on duty was an older black woman. She had a very nasty attitude & very unprofessional. She was walking around cleaning straightening up I don’t know asking to take my order, I didn’t know what to say or where to stand bc she was doing other things. So when I was still standing waiting on her to give her attention then she gave me attitude it was so nasty until I walked out of the restaurant and on my way out, she was talking trash towards me. I was really excited about eating there because I hadn’t been there in months since my surgery and she ruined that for me. I tried to call and make a complaint but no one answered. I’ll never go back to that restaurant again.
Too slow. Only 2 customers when I walked in. Guy already ordered and his sandwich is being made. I go to the bathroom, so my thing, wash my hands, come back out and the guy is still waiting for his sandwich....... jersey Mike's need to hang out at Jimmy John's to learn what speed and food service is like. I won't be back ever. Firehouse subs is literally across the street and they are faster and much better.
It took over an hour -- yes! over an hour -- to get three gluten-free sandwiches made. We're ordered online, arrived at the stated time for pick up, they hadn't started on the sandwiches. Made us wait while they served other customers. When asked if they are going to make our order, they cleaned and started our sandwiches reluctantly. They made them wrong, tossed them out and started over -- twice. We got them an hour after our pick up time. When we got home, two of the sandwiches were wrong. Last time we'll try getting gluten free at that shop.
Good as always. Love the red pepper relish. The girls did a great job handling everything during dinner rush. Music was too loud, but they would've had to stop working to turn it down.
I don’t know if they are just understaffed or what. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt more than 4x over the past 6 months. But it’s ridiculous. They need a good manager to come in and support this failing team. From their attitude, work ethic, customer service all are failing miserably but it may just be poor leadership. Hoping the owner sees this and does something to revive this location
This place is busy and usually still pretty good. However this time I ordered the #56. It took a while to be acknowledged. They forgot to cook the toppings with the meat. So no onions, mushrooms or peppers at all. They did however toss some jalapenos on the top before they wrapped the sandwich so at least I got some of the toppings I paid for, otherwise the sandwich was just meat & cheese. I was able to use my point for my purchase so I spend a bit of money at this place. Next time I got on lunch break, I know to skip this place.
This store just can't get an order right. Returned home after paying $23 for two sandwiches only to find one in the bag. Second time they got my order wrong, first time I am giving a negative review to any food place on Google. To boot had to waste gas money again to return to the store to get rest of my order and be met with rude staff like I was the one with the problem. Asked to speak to a Manager, staff claimed store hasn't had a manager in months. Wow....no wonder
WORST Jersey Mike's experience of my entire life will not be going back to this location very rude customer, DEFINITELY Will NOT be going back to this location very rude girl with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Eyerolls for no reason , attitudes for no reason RUINED MY HOLE VIBE. The cashier woman was great but the person who made my sandwich was NOT was not very pleasant! Sandwich wasn't even toasted. ?♀️ smfh
I don't care if it is good... This place has the S L O W E S T service!! I've been reading other reviews, and no, I will not reach out to anyone to tell you how you can improve your service! Why don't you hire new staff and get them trained properly and put a couple more people since you have such a busy restaurant. Every time I come here I'm waiting, and waiting, waiting. Your staff is extremely slow. They don't know what they're doing half of them. And the other half are completely rude! How about having them acknowledge people when they come in the door, I'm letting them know that there's going to be a wait. Then people can make up their mind whether they want to make that weight before they order their food. I'm an uber, and GrubHub driver. I do not pick up orders from this place usually because of the long wait. There is once in awhile there may be a really great tip on the order so I bite the bullet and come in. But half of those times I have to actually canceled the order. Get it together! There's three people here, and literally only 1 working. The rest are standing around watching the one. And one more thing, turn down the music! This is not a night club. Nobody can hear each other and everybody's yelling across the restaurant from each other! We got 10 people waiting for sandwiches and about 15 bags for mobile orders, and dude wants to go refill his drink at the Pepsi machine. It literally doesn't get better!
Beat place to get a good sub, fresh meat sliced right in front of you.
