Incredible that today I went to pick up an order in this place and I had to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich, the stupidest thing in the world. When at Wawa, TWO employees WORK FASTER, putting more stuffing and making better sandwiches, even toasties. The sandwiches in this place are horrible. I still can't understand how they take so long with such simplicity, not to mention that employees these days don't even want to work. Give the position to people who really want to work, please, thank you.
The sandwich was good. They have clean bathrooms
Just ordered 2 sandwiches to have delivered and apparently that was asking too much. How they can give me a whole different sandwich than what I ordered on such a small order is baffling but if you are going to charge as much as you do for a sandwich you might want to actually read what the order is. If you order delivery be prepared for a mess, I would just say go in or order elsewhere.* I will not waste anymore of my time with your company Valarie, so no I will not make it easier by reaching out to you. I made my post to warn others. Nothing more than that.
I had a bad experience getting a veggie sub, after I told them what to put on it got home and all I had was cheese and lettuce a customer before me was giving them a hard time and they got frazzled, I understand however, I was patient and still didn’t get what I wanted. I just wanted to let you know because I may be an adult needs to be present on shifts if possible, So they can handle disgruntled customers so they can be calm and collected with the other customers behind them ,when I called back to the store the young person on the phone, Had the worst attitude with me. In the end I have to drive all the way back there tomorrow for a refund just FYI
Subs are fine but should you pay over $60 for 4 subs… I think not. Am from New Jersey and the prices at this chain are at least 30% more than anyplace in New Jersey.
Staff are always so friendly, and willing to take the extra step to make sure everything is done correctly. Thank you!
Ordered through app at 630 and said it would be at my home at 730. Then got an update it would arrive at 8:05. Then got an update my order was cancelled. No call and tried to call store at 8:20 when they are SUPPOSEDLY open until 9:00. No answer several times. I had three kids over for my daughters sleepover. Thanks a lot. They always bolt out early.
Horrible sandwich experience. Did not have bacon for the sandwiches I ordered online. When I tried to get a refund, the manager was not available. I had to reach out to corporate and wait a few days for a refund. Not going here again for the subpar service or subs
The customer service was fantastic. Turns T. Was very helpful and funny. We had an Italian sub and it was very good. The bread tasted like it was fresh from the oven. I will definitely recommend eating here.
The employee who made my sandwich was not helpful at all and extremely rude. Then when I unwrapped my sandwich it was a complete mess and ripped apart. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning
