We wanted to grab a quick lunch today and stopped in. We haven't been to a Jersey Mike's for years but now we wonder what's taken so long?!! All food was so fresh - the meat is sliced right in front of you and portions are great. They were busy and only 2 staff but they worked so quickly and well and with passion. Great employees. Clean, neat store too. We'll be back again soon.
I had a really bad experience here my first time coming to jersey mike to try out their food ,The customer service was horrible had no patience & gave really bad attitude , they didn’t have change for $50 and it was $20 meal not sure what it was all about .Food was good just not the service .
First and last time I ever go to a Jersey Mike's. The level of staff rudeness was astounding just to get a basic turkey sandwich. I had no idea that asking for a "turkey on wheat" meant it came with cheese. And when I requested him to remove the cheese that he was starting to put on (since I hadn't asked for it), the icy response had me debating whether to just walk out of the store.
A great place to grab a delicious sandwich that is piled high with real meats and cheeses. Always fresh and service is fast but i have never felt rushed. The selection is great and the ability to create or customize makes it a great place for everyone at lunchtime.
Food is great but I’ll be very surprised if they are still in business when i come back next season. Employees non responsive, made me feel like I was interrupting there leisure time by having to make an order.
There is a female that's been working days at this location that has the NASTIEST disposition! Snaps on you, rolls her eyes. Doesn't matter what day it is. Her attitude STINKS! You don't speak to customers like that. I know. I've been working customer service for over 20yrs!
placed an order to be picked up, order was being made as I walked in I was offered a drink while I waited. ordered 3 subs, all were exactly as I ordered. Subs were great as usual, keep up the good work
Jersey Mike's is always a good choice. We order online while driving to the store and it's ready when we arrive. Always friendly service. My only complaint is I am a Coke person. I just don't like how sweet Pepsi is. So I can get a drink anywhere but I like the JM subs!
My go-to place for cheesesteak as it is quick and easy to order in app. Deli sandwiches are always cut to order. Fresh food.
Went in today, the cook had a bad attitude. It truly ruins the whole experience. Good thing, I was only visiting from SC and not locally.
