They were extremely busy when we came in, but that didn't slow anyone down. Brought our food out quickly and received excellent service, as well as delicious food!
This IHOP location has best food of any IHOP I have visited. On Tamiami Rd in Bradenton FL. I hear IHOP is franchised so this location has an A+ cook!!
Went at 12am service was fantastic food even better!!! Best experance in a long time.
This place is a total Customer service nightmare in a sense that I felt obligated to write this, my first review of a place in 45 years. We arrived and asked for a table but the Manager was very rude and made a million excuses to get rid of us because we were a 15-person party (hope is that and not because of our race but TBH that’s how we all felt).Lucky her we don’t like confrontations and left without saying a word but now I understand how “Karens” are made. Giving this place 1 star is way too much.
The worst service. We can not even eat there because the manager was rude with my party of 15 people. She gave us many excuses to avoid that we eat there. We will never go there, they do not know nothing about hospitality.
Great food, great service! Staff was efficient and fast, while still being attentive and friendly. Food was delicious! Great iHop stop for breakfast!
ordered pick up and our milkshakes weren’t ready when we got there but a member of their staff was very nice and explained that they had been remaking them for us!! i wish i had gotten the lady’s name who had helped us because she was very nice and made my day :)
Omg. I haven't been to IHOP in years. Me and my Bae went here last night. Omg the food was cooked perfect. I mean the waiter was so pleasant .
If it was possible to give a negative rating I would! There was myself and my wife plus 2 other couples, it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Nevermind that this was on a Sunday night around 11:45 pm and one of the couples already had their food. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Hello y'allOkay so our waitress was not happy nor did she make ppl around her happy.. I asked for my eggs to be cooked BURNT when my eggs came to the table they were so wet that our very unhappy waitress took my plate from me and brought it right back to kitchen states manager will cook for me.. great okay ya NOPE nothing changed still WET looking and just nasty. I have been to many IHOPS and by far I will not return to this IHOP.
