Definitely the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had.The meat was tough and over cooked. The cheese was overdone too. Couldn’t find any onions or peppers.The manager should be replaced by someone who knows how to run a restaurant.
The food was good, Service was good, You could tell the server felt there was something wrong with the French fries they were cold, She brought us a new batch they were cold as well, was charged for 2 orders when we only had one, We got one order naked and one order of original and was charged for our dipping sauce with an order extra. We can order extra. I tipped her very well, Our bill was $37 I gave her $20 tip cause I felt we sat at the table longer than normal. This is my 1st time being there. My advice is double check your bill before you get up and leave
Morgan our waitress was wonderful ❤. She was such a sweetheart. Love the new uniforms that the ladies are a little more covered. Food was excellent ?.
Really good BBQ wings and loaded nachos(without jalapenos) for people who are sensitive to heat. Good service, the only issue I've ever had was the lunch time customers acting like I'm a piece of meat because I'm there, a female, and they didn't come for the food..but, one worker asked the man to be respectful to the other patrons
The waitress was very nice and did a great job with our table. But we had some boneless chicken wings that were so small that look like crumbs and they counted them as a whole wing and we complained to the manager and he said that's the way they come and nothing he can do about it. That's not the customer service we expect from a Hooters specially from a manager. I don't think chicken crumbs should count towards an amount of chicken wings ordered.
Of course we all know Hooters by now but, Briana was slammed busy and me having been a server could see this. I helped do what I could to make her job slightly easier and she was sooooooooo nice and appreciative that I would go back just to say hello and tip her again for being a great soul! It was nice to be served by her
Hooters is Hooters. Fairly consistent experience, food came out pretty quick for a busy Friday night. Typically service is friendly and tonight that part was lacking, she wasn’t all that great but what’evs.
Saturday late lunch on the porch. Food was good, servers were attentive. Didn't like that my entrée was brought and then sides later. I always want entire meal served. Hooters is the King of Hot Wings.
Is typical Hooters, food is all the same. Pitchers are smaller same price as larger old ones? we're not fools. Obviously all Hooters serve the same food, what makes each Hooters experience different is the staff, service was mediocre at best!????
Maybe I am expecting too much but hooters never tried THAT hard. Draft beers unavailable. No problem…I like all beer….server couldn’t name one canned beer when asked but did know there was no beer menu available. I named two and neither was one that they carried (Guinness and “any IPA” requested. Food (2 items) came out “1 right-1 wrong.”COVID era service? Hard to get people who care maybe?
