Finally found my forever fave sushi spot! Food quality, presentation, and customer service are all outstanding!!RUBY was very honest professional and kind, keeping me updated about my online order visit telephone. And also checked my order out when I arrived at the rest. ATT RESTAURANT OWNER: If she already isn't the restaurant manager, she needs to be promoted! The world could use more kind people like her.We did the party platter and it did NOT disappoint. A mix of both cooked and raw sushi pieces that were fresh and tasty.Even the chopsticks were quality. Not the cheap toothpicks you get from other places.They forgot to add soy sauce but it's okay, being a Sunday theyre extremely busy and I really should have asked for it ahead of time.This place is also in a super convenient location, among some of my other fave places -- petsmart, Burlington.
I really enjoy coming here! It’s very good food at a low cost and it’s super fast! Wish they had one in Sarasota!
walked in and the atmosphere was welcoming. the cashier was super helpful and awesome right out the gate. when we opened the take-out bag, the food (2 hibachi meals and a fried appetizer) smelled fresh and was warm to the touch!the food itself was still hot after the drive home (~10 minutes), and came out of the kitchen much quicker than the estimate we were given. there was plenty of food for the price, and everything was fully cooked and delicious. will definitely be coming back in the future!
Hibachi Express of bradenton, is the all time, hands down best restaurant ever.From their food down to customer service is great... I have never been to any place( honestly) that I like better. Their chicken hibachi and Yum Yum sauce is the best around!! Food to die for!!! If u haven't been there, I suggest you Go!! You will not be disappointed!!!
The foods amazing but the girl running the cash register was absolutely terribly rude!!!! No customer service skills at all and she was taking bad about me to her other co worker while I was standing right there listening. Don’t think I will be back and I will tell my family and friends not to come either.
Food was excellent. It was ready when they said it would be and the staff was very friendly! I’d definitely eat here again!

Pretty good quick hibachi, without going to the expense local hibachi place. Basically it’s Japanese fast food. Would recommend for a quick lunch.
