5 stars without a doubt. I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from. My husband and I came here for a lunch date during our family vacation. Not only were we greeted by a super nice hostess, we ended up with an even better waiter. He was quick to get our drinks out to us and take our request for an appetizer. We ordered the fried green tomatoes with candied pecans and goat cheese. They were so delicious. I'd even say they were better than the ones I got from The Whistle Stop Cafe in Georgia earlier that week. So that's saying something! For our entrées, my husband ordered the pineapple sirloin and I ordered the fish & grits. Both were amazing. The portion sizes are so big that neither of us could finish our food entirely. Yes, the prices are a tiny bit high, but have you seen the prices at other places nearby? I think the prices are actually pretty fair. Ask to be seated outside if you can. We were able to watch dolphins while eating. My one and only complaint would be how long it took to get our check. Other than that, not a problem. We've been coming to the area for 30 years now. When I saw this restaurant being built a few years ago, I knew we had to try it. I'm happy we did. We will be returning customers!
Stopped in for pretty much .....Brunch.I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and my friend ordered Fish and Chips.My chicken sandwich was hot and crispy. The sandwich had decent flavor and the vegetables were fresh. I had a cucumber tomato salad which was okay. The tomatoes were a little soft and didn't seem super fresh.My friends fish & chips were good she said. The fish was flounder and a decent size piece.The coating was nice and crispy. She was happy that it wasn't beer batter.We both thought that the fries were okay.The server was nice and the restaurant was pretty clean. Outside the restaurant had an awfully bad smell.

This place has so much potential. Great location, music was great out by the bar. Unfortunately slow service (due to lack of help) in every way. I felt bad because every employee was working so hard. They were backed up in kitchen, took an hour to get appetizer. When we got our food though, it was delicious.The sunset was spectacular!
Nice locale overlooking Anna Maria Sound. Decent place for burgers, salads and sandwiches. Also serving nice drinks...
We are so happy with our experience. The location is beautiful. The food is yummy. And the staff are really nice. We will definitely be returning.I got the shrimp burger. It was amazing. Hubby got fish and grits with collard greens. He said they were really good.We saw dolphins while we were eating. And the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend
Restaurant is a delightful place on the bay just prior to the bridge to Anna Maria Island. The setting is picturesque and the service is friendly and attentive. Very good food with lots to choose from. My wife enjoyed her BBQ chicken sandwich with excellent potato salad. My very spicy grilled chicken sandwich was also very good and enough leftover for lunch tomorrow. We will definitely go back, but wear warmer clothes -- it's breezy and cool on the water.
