Excellent burger and fresh cut fries, I had the bacon cheeseburger loaded. Quality was very good and service was quick. This was my first time ever eating at Five Guys, you walk in and order at the counter like most fast food places.The lack of star has mostly to do with price, we spent $50+ for three people.
The place was very dirty. Food all over the floor. Workers were sloppy and talking way too loud. The fries were made sloppy with way too much seasoning. Been here before and it has always been pleasant, clean and great service but today it was definitely a disappointment. The only great server was the cashier. The others were definitely not five guys quality.
Changed to 1 star. Very disappointing experience. The fries weren't cooked long enough and some were underdone and almost raw. I also did not seem to get as many as I did in the past. The burger is incredibly small for being over $7 and there is nothing special about it. The meal cost twice as much as other places and not higher quality or more of it for the price. There's no reason for me to spend this much money on this quality/quantity of food. I think the prices are so high because they have like 10 people working there and their sign says they start at $16 an hour. I get they are trying to pay a living wage but I wont buy the food if that's how much it's going to cost for what little you get.
Changes need to be made. You never know when your order is up because they have NO speaker system. So you can be outside waiting and your food could be getting cold inside. Everything is separate pricing. No combos here and it's ridiculously costly for a small burger. You are stuck with ONLY American cheese. They should have variety example (Cheddar and PepperJack.)
If you're looking for a burger and shake can't go wrong here. Fair prices and nice staff
I'm just leaving now after eating there. I observed one of the workers dig thru garbage can with gloves on to help customer find his keys then he comes back to his work station Doesn't wash his hands after removing his gloves just puts new gloves on........ Disgusting I made sure I told him about it. Also I served person picking up their food but brought it back as they picked up the wrong bag so another worker puts it back on shelf and the person who it belonged to shows up and they gave him the bag that's not right either it should have been tossed out!!!!!?
I ran in to this location really quick and the staff were so great and accommodating to a request I made. I really appreciate the friendly and courteous service and felt that the manager went beyond expectations.
They say that their burgers are fully cooked but every-time I come here, I receive it super under cooked or medium rare at best. I tried giving it a chance again today after a long day at work and was highly disappointed. Flavors are alright and good selection of toppings, but not worth opening up a 10$ burger to be disgusted.I will admit the Cajun fries are great though

Over the years I have gone to several Five Guys establishmennts and like this one, the employees have always been polite, efficient, professional and friendly. The burgers are always good as are their hot dogs. The selection of FREE toppings are so many more than other places may offer. Today I went for two carry out lunches and had a special request for one of them. The young lady at the register did not bat an eye, confirmed my request, and placed the order. The order came out exactly as requested. The place was busy but the staff kept up with the fast pace without any problem. If you have not been there in awhile - they now have three sizes for their fries and also make milk shakes. The entire menu is on a large overhead board hanging over the prep area, behind the register. Every employee was wearing a face mask and those who clean the tables use a spray bottle of liquid to disinfect the tables.
