This is our fourth trip to this site and we were sadly disappointed again I don’t know why we keep trying . They were completely out of all donuts ? also they only had one type of munchkin…. And the drinks were mehhhhhhhhh. The boy at the window was less than friendly.

This place is operated horribly. They are never open at 5am or even 5:10am. The morning crew is there and never take orders for the early crowd. I work warly have gone by every day this past week and no one ever takes order or even comes to window. When i drive around the building you can see them in the store but not monitoring drive thru. Horrible horrible horrible. Good job pushing me back to starbucks.

I also arrived at 6:10 A. M., online hours show "open at 5:00 A. M.. Two " employee of the month " geniuses just looked at me through the door. I can fully understand the same comments and will not bother these stellar employees or this location again. Ohlook,Wawa is open.

They Always…Always…Always mess up my order, its so annoying. I ask for chocolate donuts and they give me glaze ones, the breakfast sandwiches are just nasty almost like they just throw it in a microwave for 20 seconds and toss it in a bag, they also forget items and you have to wait awhile for them to get it right. Im just over this place.

Great coffee...very, very unreliable hours. They state they open at 5AM, but are rarely open at 6AM. Unfortunately this is the only one I'm near in the morning and am disappointed often.

Google should offer 0 star reviews. My family and I were excited to try the new Dunkin, but we were VERY disappointed with the service, coffee/food, and wait time. Coffee was made wrong, asked nicely for it to be remade, but little Spanish girl decided to argue that it was correct when we are the customers, and my nieces coffee was indeed not correct. She then went to “remake” it, but took 15-20 min for the “new” coffee, which in fact it was basically the same. After being frustrated I asked the girl multiple times what her name was, and she REFUSED to tell me her first name. She asked why I wanted her name, and said she is not gonna tell me. Beyond rude, and disappointed. Also the hash browns were burnt. Pretty sad this new beautiful Dunkin is ran by employees that have attitudes or don’t know what they are doing.

When this place first opened, it was wonderful. Who ever is working the front line for drive thru currently though needs some extra training on customer service. For a customer to sit in a line for 15 minutes, get to a speaker and wait 5 minutes for no one to come and seeing that there are blanks located on the electronic menu that you see, one with common sense may see it as an error and to come up to the front to order. For a customer who is already frustrated with the wait time, to then be berated by this woman with long nails as the first sentence to come out of her mouth is unacceptable. I get everyone gets frustrated, but might I suggest learning how to properly handle it without taking it out on the customers? Wasted 20 minutes of my morning to receive horrible customer service. Come on dunkin! Yall can do better.

Me and my bf go here almost every day since it’s right by our house, but I don’t know why we keep going. 4/5 days they mess up our orders, always forget something, and have horrible attitudes. No proper customer service here. The staff doesn’t seem like they know what their doing, but I guess that’s because theres new employees every week. 1/10 service.

The worst of the worst. Today I go there at 6:15 girl says she can’t open fir 40 mins. But place opens at 5:30. Not to mention no body there knows how to make a espresso at all taste like steamed milk with water. Reporting this place to corporate today. This isn’t first time this happened. No managers on site just bunch of inexperienced workers. Will never return

This has got to be at least the 6th or the 7th time I have asked for coffee with NO sugar and I get a drink with xtra sugar. How hard is it to get coffee without sugar? Seriously if it happens again I will take my DAILY business elsewhere. I understand that for mysterious reasons there is no one who will work these days, but please hire people who listen to customers instead of talking to other employees or multiple customers at a time. Expert customer service = $$$
