Don't lie to me and tell me a flavor swirl has been discontinued when 2 other locations have confirmed it has not been discontinued.I will not be coming back to your location. I am now driving out of my way to to the US 41 & 53rd Ave W location.
Ordered 3 drinks, had to repeat three times. Went window to pay. Paid cash. Window person said we're sorry but we don't have any change it's ok for us to keep your .23 cent. We said what, ok I guess. Then they had another lady ask what did we order , I gave her receipt back and they gave us the wrong drink. So finally we ask for money back. And ask all of it? We say all of it. 11.00. Worse ever.
Never going here again!The morning manager ( at least that is what she said she was) is nasty rude.She refused to serve me through the window as I was on my electric bike. Told me I had to come inside even though I explained that I didn't want to come in because I had been exposed to covid (yes I had a mask on) which is why I was outside.She then told me that she would not serve me inside or out.
34th and Cortez. So polite and asked me if I wanted a shot of expresso in my medium hot coffee. Heck yeah! I didn't even know that was on the menu, thank you for pointing that out to me. That will be my "go to" coffee every time. Service was great with a smile and drive thru was quick. Coffee was delicious ! Thank you
Worst Dunkin Donuts ever!!! Washing floors ag 9:30am??Can not go inside to order.I am next door & walk over. They refuse to open door tell me go around. Manager comes to drive thru window refused service without a car. When I say "u won't let me in", she says calm down & I let u in. I walked away & recommend avoiding this location of rude employees?
This use to be my favorite Dunkin’. Staff were up best and motivated. In the last few months it has gone down. I’ve waited over 20 to 30 minutes in the drive through line and no one in the dinning room area as the lights are off. I’ve been there when there is only one person running everything because no one wants to work!
This is located right by my home, so convenient. It use to be ran by respectable workers but that's not the case any longer. I have recently been yelled at through the window. When I asked the lady why was she yelling at me, she continued yelling. They over charge you. They say they don't have any change to give you back, because the banks don't have change. Who owns this business and why aren't you addressing this problem? I now go elsewhere.
This location is so understaffed, but the people who work here make sure we are taken care of. We had a slight issue with our order but Precious personally delivered our fixed drinks to us and made sure we were happy with them.
This location as declined in recent months. A few weeks ago they didn't answer the drive thru alert although the store was open. That car left. I pulled up to the window and a female saw me and came to take my order which I had placed on the app. The music and laughing was loud inside I had to repeat myself twice. My orders are often missing something also. I only go to this location if I know I won't be near another on my route.
Everything was really great and our food didn't take very long. Everyone there is incredibly sweet and out of all the dunkin donuts in Bradenton it's my favorite one if I could give ten stars I would
