Interesting to see that a donut shop running out of donuts... good service though
Service was terrible at the drive through. I ordered 2 things and they got 1/2 wrong. I asked for Bagel Sandwich and specifically asked for sesame seed when they asked what type of bagel and they gave me a croissant. Seems like they were just wanting to get rid of people as fast as possible without even checking what they ordered, even though I was the only one in line. Absolutely terrible. This is the closest to my house and I will always drive 10 mins further to the next one just to avoid this place!

This DD is an absolute disaster. Sad that is the only one near me. I only try to go on the weekends, but I will be giving up on that as well. There is no respect for customers, management is as bad as the rest of the employees. Not one single time have I had a good experience. Today my coffee was more ice than coffee. I will NOT spend another penny at this location. Please closedown or hire people that will work.
My go to place to get a side of inconvenience with my iced coffee. I only go to this location on dire occasions. I try to give them another chance but each time is more inconvenient than the last. I constantly receive the wrong items or am short an item each time without fail. Just today I was told at the drive thru that they will not be taking orders at the drive thru and that I will have to come inside for service. Try having some respect for customers time at least.
Dunkin' has come a long way... great breakfast items and fabulous coffee ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ choices ?
Seriously the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Every single employee I have encountered is rude & unprofessional. The store will mess up my order & then give me attitude as it is somehow my fault. I have sent emails to corporate and the only response back is that a store manager will reach out to me….which never happens. I honestly don’t know what needs to happen for this store to be successful. Maybe it needs to shut down for a few weeks & hire new staff.
I would leave zero stars if I could. I’ve never seen a Dunkin lock their doors and make people go through the drive through to pick up their online order that was sitting waiting on the counter like this one constantly does. You never know if you’re able to walk in and order or if they’ve already locked the doors although they are fully open. This past visit was my last. We waited in the drive through for over 20 mins and once we pulled up to order they said we couldn’t order any food, they were too busy but then once I got up to the window to pay for my coffee, they had people placing a food order at the counter. I told the lady it would have helped if they had someone outside or a sign that said that instead of having the wait the entire time before finding that out. This store needs major help.
The gal taking the order through the speaker is great (she goes by "Crazy" something)!! Sadly it only takes one to sour everything and goodness is that woman at the window (older, kind of smokers voice) one of the rudest people I've encountered. The previous two encounters with this woman I shrugged off, but three times makes a trend.This DD has been my family's Sarurday morning ritual through most of the pandemic, but won't be returning. I run a local review newsletter too and will be steering them across the street.Sad!
This was formally a great store. What happened? Very disorganized. Took forever to get a simple order. Manager doing her best, but clearly frustrated. Owner needs to save this place.
