Had what I needed without a long wait time. However, I do miss the days of seeing a selection of donuts on display. The selections are pretty slim. However, I wanted donuts and got just that. If there were more than a selection of three types I would have gotten more.

Nobody is ever on the same page at this location. Either the bagel is burned or not cooked at all. There is no in-between. My coffee never taste the same twice, therefore, a lot of the employees don't no what the freak they are doing. It's very disappointing.

Past 2x I came to this particular location the coffee was horrible. This morning after pulling off I tried the coffee and it was cold. I mean not even Luke warm. Steam milk taste like they just poured in cold milk and a coffee flavor. Only reason for 2 stars is because the staff there was nice.

Love dunkin , but they never make the coffee the same each time. Seems like they just put whatever in there.. and half the time the drive through is closed and the frozen coffee machine doesn't work. At least this one always has the lattes, unlike other locations..always out of espresso... ?

This was my worst Dunkin experience ever. It was 2:50 pm on Sunday of june 19 2022.Their employees were no were to be found. I yelled out hello multiple times 5 min later 2 of them showed up.The lady was such in a rush to take my order. I asked can I have milkshake said which one I want…she said can you point me to the ice cream because i can tell you this is not the oneI dont work at dunkin but this is not how you would want to talk to your customerMore over between this time you guys lost business from 3 customers. 1 in drive thru and 2 inside

I went on Saturday, Please train employees in how to made lattes or provide them with the right ingredients, as below pic not cream in that latte only water, you don’t have cream ?only high school kids serving, this is by far the worst coffee and a donut I ever had, they weren’t even serving anything else

If Dunkin paid their employees a fair wage, they could compete with Starbucks, especially considering their menu diversity and pricing. However, because they can't pay anyone enough to lead a happy and fulfilling life, they can't retain employees long enough to establish a warm welcoming culture for employees and customers.I go here if I have to. I choose to go to Starbucks and pay extra because I get to overhear the playful barista banter and good vibes while I work.Oh yea, the lobby is closer because they can't retain enough employees to staff the shop. Once, there was just a single poor soul working kitchen, to-go, etc. This location and plaza really could have been it, but I feel gross giving my money to this place.

Horriable, couldn't get service. Only customer inside, no customers at DT.So that was not the reason. Waited and waited. They, Just ignored me! Went to another store! Lost a customer for life.

If you buy a Dunkin' Donuts franchise and you're not in New England, you're going to attract New Englanders. We are your core demographic. Employees should be trained on how coffee is ordered. Medium regular means hot coffee with cream and sugar. Every time I order, I'm asked if I want it black or with cream and sugar. Regular means cream and sugar.

Great food, hot coffee and they have the BEST staff!! We visit all the time but had the best customer service just before Christmas the ladies behind the counter were AWESOME
