Lady running the store is rude and will argue with you if you feel something is wrong! Purchased a Carmel swirl iced latte with no Carmel and argued with me about how I was wrong lady with bandanna take your money across the street to Starbucks!
Over charge me for items I did not order or get. Very rude once I gave them back the receipt and told them the problem. Never once said anything to me and slammed the window. My change was still not correct. I go to this one because it's close to home but I will be going out of my way from now on. This is not a professional team at all.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Manager is rude and refused to give me my food that I paid for nor did she give me a refund. She said that someone must have stolen my food and she wouldn't remake it. Terrible management.
WASTE OF MONEY!!! DO NOT GO HERE! The lady that works there is rude, and never makes my drinks right. Awful place! I’m sure they will have to shut it down very soon cause of her!! Loosing business for sure
This location is ran so poorly. I’ve been to it a few times throughout the week just because it’s close to home, they give you your food cold when you ask things to be extra hot.When I called to let the manager know Sarah says to me “ well if there isn’t anything I can do for you I don’t have time to be on the phone with you “ I’m just confused because if your food is cold and you aren’t talking to unsatisfied customers what are you doing ? She proceeded to tell me her oven must be broken , but every time I come in my food is cold. DO BETTER !
Never any complaints for D&D. The people that work at this location and the one on Cortez are awesome. 98% of the time my coffee is on point and anytime the 2% mess up they generally fix my order free of charge. Great customer service to both locations.
Just had a terrible experience at this location. Went through the drive through, The lady already had an attitude on the speaker when I pulled up to the window, she took a while to cash me out, understandable. The total on the digital thing said 12.41, so I got that money together and attempted to give it to her and then she told me that my order was only 11 something which was fine I guess there was a mixup I gave her the money and she handed me a bag it had something I didn’t order in it so I simply stated that she immediately started yelling and screaming at me telling me she had just asked me which order was mine. I told her there was no need to get upset I kept repeating for her to stop yelling she just continue to be angry and fuss at me eventually she threw my money in my face and told me she wasn’t going to help me and slammed the window. I didn’t get her name but she was a white lady with blond hair and stated that she was the manager there I kept asking for a corporate number and they just held the window shut. there was an African-American lady who jumped in on the altercation and threaten to “beat my ass” if I didn’t leave and then they threaten to call the cops I said go ahead I’ve done nothing wrong. eventually just drove away because it obviously wasn’t worth it but wow very immature, & embarrassing on their end. i’ve had bad experiences at this location in the past at this point the level of unprofessionalism they have they need to really be shut down or fire and hire a whole new staff.
Ever been to a doughnut shop that was out of doughnuts? I have... This place. Seemed a little strange. The iced coffee was good though.

If you want ice cold food and an attitude this is the place to go. If you’re lucky, they might even leave their hair on your cold food. If you’re even luckier, your sweet tea or coffee will taste like cardboard. This Dunkin location puts the D in Disappointment. We also got an order of chive and onion bagel bites, and they only gave us one. The other was plain.
