Asked for: Bacon, egg, & cheese croissant w/extra bacon; hash browns; small coffee w/extra cream & sugar w/a little ice so I could drink it now. Checked bag and asked if there was extra bacon on croissant, but didn't unwrap it? Was told, yes extra bacon...and pulled away. Coffee was delicious, drank it on my way home...until last sip in my elevator, mouth full of coffee grounds. Yuck!Then unwrapped croissant, took a bite...? no bacon, it has sausage patty!You're better than this DD...SUPER disappointed.
We ordered the Pesto Cheese sandwich. The sandwiches were not very hot at all. The service was not nice. No one ever Acknowledged us when we first walked in. The employees were more into talking to each other.
I know why this is dunkin is 3 stars. EXTREMELY long wait with no one inside and 3 cars in the drive thru we waited 20 mins. 20/10 do not recommend!
Lazy and ignorant to customers. They always get my order wrong and cuss when they did their job wrong. They don't work well as a team. The MANAGER gives more aditude then the workers which makes a lazy team. I'm not one to leave reviews, but this is getting way out of hand. If this dunkin' wasn't in a convenient place for when I wait for my father's medical treatments, I wouldn't ever have gone back. Now I prefer to drive 20 min for some coffee.
Went in to get some donuts and a box of Joe. Was told by the male cashier that there is only 2 people working and he did not feel like making the box for the coffee. So we left and went to Dunkin a couple of miles down the road who already had the boxes made. Hope this guy is not making $15.00 per hour.
Just wanted to say that I have been here twice in the afternoon and (O) that is in drive-thru is absolutely amazing and my coffee is on point I appreciate it so much thank you!!!!
Ordered bacon egg cheese bagel. Tried to give me tea then bagel/cream cheese ?Manager tried to say I changed order. What I go was on bagel at least 2 weeks old . Cashier only good staff. Going down hill fast and lack of staff no excuse anymore
Unbelievable! I have been a Dunkin Donuts fan from my days in Boston BUT... 2 large Carmel macchiatos with almond milk and 2 bacon egg croissants for $18.00? Yes, EIGHTEEN DOLLARS!Insult to injury they are now charging for the Carmel in the Carmel Macchiatos. I get it....gas is $4.13 but two coffees and croissant for the price of a full breakfast for two...REALLY? Dunkin you are not Starbucks and why would you want to be. This is just GOUGING!
BEST DUNKIN IN THE AREA! Trust me. I’ve tried them all ? The hashbrowns are fresh and golden, the staff is SO nice and they actually make your coffee the way you request. Drive the extra few miles to come here, promise it’s worth it!
Another good Coffee experience!Nice ppl taking my order, very kind and courteous, my Coffee was hot and sweetened to perfection, which means SO much as I drive for 10 hours - 5 days a week. Lol Thank You All!! ?????????
