Rude Rude Rude! Don't even bother stopping here, the lady taking the orders inside is the rudest person!
We always come here to get ice cream. The staff is friendly and the service is usually always great. The Bonus is you get free pup cups with your order if you ask for one. My dog loves coming with us!!
No matter what time of day it is or no matter what day of the week it is. I try to order a hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream and they NEVER have chocolate ice cream. Never going back again.

We went inside because the drive thru is positioned so badly that my SUV couldn't really go through, it really is quite bad. However inside was clean and the staff was friendly. This location would strongly benefit from a remodel. I bet it would do awesome as a grill n chill. 4 stars mainly for the drive thru situation, it was frustrating.
The girl that waited on me said that they've been very busy and she was very pleasant I felt very relaxed and that I was the only customer that she was worried about at that time II give you 5 stars I wish I knew the girl's name.. She had a lot of different things on her uniform from her battle with Toppings Easter Sunday.

On Friday night 3/25/22 @ 9:54 pm, I ordered at drive thru with a friend. Ordered a mini blizzard and a chocolate cone dipped in butterscotch. I had the employee repeat the order back. My friend didn't realize until after we drove away that her order was wrong. I immediately circled back and entered the drive thru. By the time we reached the window it was closed. I held up the order and pointed at it to get the employees attention and to tryto let them know that there was a problem with the order. We knocked on the window. We beeped the horn. We tried calling. The 3 young females inside ignored us. This was one of the worst episodes of horrible customer service that I have ever experienced. We did not want to order after hours, we just wanted them to correct the order but we were blatantly ignored.I will go to the Dairy Queen on Rte 70 nearI75.from now on
