This location is clean and all of the staff were friendly. Anything we asked for was responded with a Yes Ma'am! The manager was all over the restaurant, doing whatever needed to be done. Well run restaurant!
Flamethrower double is much smaller now, very little condiments and the telltale sign of how much DQ has digressed, the burger was dry as heck. I remember the flamethrower double being a hefty burger with lots of flavor. Alas, times have changed and will most likely limit my choices to just ice cream.
Terrible service!! Was there last Saturday around 6:30pm. We were the only ones in the drive through and we ordered a vanilla cone and a small blizzard of the month. We asked for "extra stuff" in the blizzard.This is our usual order at a DQ. We hadn't been to this one though in about a year. We pulled up the window and waited and waited and waited. A girl took our credit card and then we waited and waited again. We could see employees standing around inside with one eating ice cream. The girl came back to the window finally and said our order was delayed and to pull into a parking spot. My husband told her no. Miraculously they handed us the blizzard - it was beginning to melt so thank goodness they didn't turn it upside down as is standard to DQ. There definitely was NOT extra stuff in there either which we were charged 3x for(each of the ingredients which has never happened to us before). Clearly the blizzard was just sitting there melting. They then handed us the vanilla cone.
Small cone is very small and priced at $2.79 + tax bringing it to $3. Nationally Dairy Queen advertises a small cone at $1.99. Not only does this DQ overcharge but also the serving size is like a baby cone rather than a small.
Food was terrible. I hadn't been to a dq in years and thought it would be good... Burger was sloppy, fries were cold and soggy. I work near here and will never go back.
Took the children out for ice cream. The five-year-old knew how to eat it and this was the first ice cream to 21 month old ever ate. Great experience

Tasha was our cashier, I usually order fish filet and it wasn't on the menu, but she said right away that it was available!! Honey likes the brazier burgers and the cheese curds were yummy!!
Friendly staff, worked together through lunch rush, tables were clean or being cleaned. Manager(I think) was outstanding with staff and customers.
Management yelling at the employees. The tables are gross, along with the floors being sticky. The girl behind the counter handed me my cup from the top, where I put my mouth… and she handles all of that money. The manager said to stop taking orders, even though there was a line, because she’s understaffed and needs help. This place needs training BADLY , along with better management.And that’s outside of the 20 minutes waiting for fast food… when there was only one couple ahead of me. Thank god I only came here because of a gift card I got.Update while I’m sitting here: The manager yelled at Door Dash because “I have people in the store that need help before I even get to you!! You sit down and wait!!”… yikes. Good food, but I won’t be back to this location.
