I realize this is a cook to order establishment- however the long wait for 3 items was almost 20 mins. The customer behind me arrived 5 minutes after me and received his food before me. They also forgot honey mustard dipping sauce that was stated on the pink receipt. Service was way to slow to return. And much too expensive. Single burger looked like a kids meal burger. $19.86 no drink - husband still hungry. Never again.
Being on the road with almost an hour to go to get home after 10:00 p.m. without having had dinner is a sad place to be. Thankfully, Culver's was open! Frozen custard in a waffle cone to the rescue! Service was quick and pleasant and efficient.Several cars ahead of us must have ordered food. There was quite a backup of cars waiting in the pickup area. It was about 10:15 on a Wednesday night, so maybe not a time where they're used to having five or six cars come through the drive-thru?In an event, we had our ice cream in a minute and once we maneuvered around the cars, we were on our way with food in hand!
Love the cashew chicken salad. I always get it on the shredded lettuce. I don't like spring mix. It was fresh and tasty. Service was great.
I came in from out of state, and this Culver's really exceeded my expectations. The people at this location were very kind and willing to help with anything. The food came out very quick and everything was just as we ordered it. The food was very good and one of the employees took all of our trash and thanked us for our visit. I was very happy with this experience and I would recommend this Culver's location to anyone.
Very good food. We were helped right away and our cashier was helpful and friendly. I got the Ruben basket with cheese curds. We had the frozen custard for dessert. Loved it all, will definitely be back.
The person that the drive-through was very polite!! Ate fries and cheese curds and get to my burger and there is only a eighth of an inch piece of meat I thought I was having a salad with croutons with a little bit of meat!! I realized prices for beef are up but this is a little ridiculous. All other fast food places serve more meat than this on their burgers!!
Drive thru service is usually fast. Nice staff at the window. My dog loves his pup cup. Great cheese curds
Nevaeh has no clue what she is doing, Ordered two single Culvers deluxe one with pickles one without , we both got doubles and we're CHARGED for it even though we said SINGLE CULVER'S DELUXE about 3 times....None of them had pickles, one had the wrong cheese....Will not be going back after that
Culver's has been going downhill for years now. Not just this location but everywhere. The burger patties are getting thinner and thinner but the price of the items on the menu have sky rocketed. A simple order that consists of a crispy chicken sandwich meal, 4 pc chicken tenders meal & a corn dog is $27....yes.....$27!!!!It's embarrassing that they think there's nothing wrong with operating this way.
The staff is always nice. The fish sandwich is fantastic. The only problem is I never get exactly what I want. Ordered 4 fish sandwiches and for 3. Four visits before ordered 4 fish dinners and got 3. Three visits before ordered 1 vanilla concrete mixer and 1 chocolate one. Got 2 chocolate. Two visits ago ordered chocolate mixer and got vanilla. So it is frustrating
