They followed protocol. My Swiss mushroom burger was good. But with Culver's expect a greasy Sandwich ??Not complaining ?Have to enjoy it in moderation
When we walked in we were greeted by a young man named Rico. I mention that first because he is very personable and friendly. He was cheerful with each customer. The other associates were friendly as well (Rico was exceptional.) The restaurant was clean and organized which is great as we got there not long after the lunchtime rush. The food was good which is what we have come to expect from Culver's.Again I would like to commend the crew working today for their friendliness and service.Especially Rico. He is an asset to the restaurant and deserves a raise.
We were confused when we went to this place. We were not sure what it was. Any way we settled for a n ice cream and very nice it was too. Service was friendly and efficient
Logan took our order while we were in line and was so personable! He made us laugh and was so sweet and courteous, when he was done taking our order our food was ready and we didn’t even realize we had waited!
The best fresh fish sandwich anywhere in Bradenton and the price is more than fair. Clean and pleasant restaurant. Friendly staff who will bring your order to your table if you don't want to stand and wait.
We LOVE Culver's!!!! Their Shrimp Dinners are DELICIOUS!!! They are really tasty. It comes with two sides. If I wasn't on a diet- I would have ordered one of their creamy ice cream sundaes. Their Staff is very friendly, courteous and efficient. Go to Culver's!!! Your tummy will thank you!!!
Came here for ice cream after mini golfing. And I feel bad cause it must have been a really busy night for them. Cause the ice cream/ milk shakes where really good, but my dad ordered a banana shake and had to wait 25 min before the kid came over and said they were out of bananas, so he switched it the peach, then took another 20+ min. So 45+ min just for that one shake and didn't really do anything for us to compensate for the very long wait and no bananas...just wished the people were a little more friendly. I'm sure this chain is great tho!
Friend placed order. I was waiting to eat elsewhere. We stood right in front waiting. They saw us. 35 minutes later we inquire and they say they lost that order. And they just made it again, and gave me a coupon for 2 scoops of ice cream. Lol whatI gave the coupon back. We lost a combined hour of our valuable time. That coupon was am insult.
Excellent tasting butter burgers and fish sandwiches. Typical fast food fries. Made to order, but service was excruciatingly slow. Ordered 2 meals and after we ate those, two single scoop custards. 20 minute wait for each order. (After you order, you have a table with a number and they bring you the food)
Service was extremely slow. My Dad waited for about an hour for his Concrete mixer. They were really busy with the drive thru, which I understand, but a whole hour? That's pretty rough. The Mixers were good and the staff was apologetic about the wait.
