Not as fast as I hoped for as I had to wait 15 min afyer ordering in a hot car. I normally just go inside but it is a hassle to get out of my car right after surgery.My custard was liquid inedible!!

I was trying to decide between a Culver classic butterburger, or a Junior Whopper with cheese. Should have gone with the Whopper....that flame-broiled taste..?Culver's does rock the frozen custard, though.
I smelled burnt grease when I got to the window. I ordered fish. I now know what grease was burning. Had to wait for the order on side of drive thru. I Will try again one day.
I was very disappointed in our service! Everyone was getting their orders..time went on..finally I went inside to see what was taking so long! They forgot to even bring our order out! We waited way too long just for icecream!!
Today I went through drive thru about 3:55PM and ordered a 6 piece shrimp basket. I was not offered or given a receipt which I now wish I had to do a survey. Not busy, no one in line or parked waiting for food. While waiting, 2 other vehicles ordered, parked and received their food. I asked an employee, "ELEXIS" who had just brought food to a vehicle in front of me if she could check on my order. She said it's probably what I ordered and can I pull forward (no one behind me). I said It was only one basket and her only response was to pull forward as to not obstruct others. No concern for my request. When a nice young man brought the food he did apologize for the delay and stated that there were issues. He was courteous. I told him that Elixis was rude and explained the issue. He informed me he would speak with Elixis and inform the manager as well.
Super busy but their Fast. Burgers are great and fries are hot.
I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for my food in the drive-through. I finally get to put my order in and the kid that is working clocks out so it took me 10 minutes after my order To even pay. Bad experience won’t do it again
The last two times we have been there for a burger they were not right. The cheese wasn’t melted to the meat and the meat was dry. It was if the burgers had been precooked and then just assembled on order. Not good, and not hot. This was eating in the restaurant also. Not take-out.
I always get the cod sandwich, or the platter. Tried their burgers but to much butter for my taste.in all a nice experience.
