It was ok for my first time.the guy that fix my order he didn't know how to fix it and it took to long and my ice cream melted a lot. And then he forgot i wanted it on a cone and he put it in a cop.

It use to be great. Then it got under new management and I have no idea what happened. I ordered a everybody’s birthday cake remix with extra toppings and barely got anything basically all ice cream. I’m so disappointed and I feel like I wasted my money.
I was so excited to come here The next time I came on vacation. Unfortunately when I did, the lady was rude. She seemed to have an attitude and got nasty when I asked for a milkshake not knowing they couldn't make it because they were out of milk. Worst experience ever.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I CAME AROUND 7 PM ON SATURDAY AND ONE OF THE WORKERS (short) SLAPPED MY SON AFTER HE DROPPED HIS ICECREAM ON THE GROUND. I DO NOT TOLERATE CHILD ABUSE. you do not touch my kids. I will NEVER be returning here. He has a giant red mark on his face. I am so done. MY SON IS 6!!!!!
We have lots of nice ice cream parlors In this area, this isn't one of them. It's a huge chain that focuses on mixing low quality ingredients with low quality hyper sweet ice cream. It's also expensive for what it is. Go to Tyler's or Big Olaf's or any other place.
