AWESOME !! I am back !! I just got done crushing my favorite right on time for the NBA finals. Honestly I have avoided this Chipotle lately due to poor quality since it was easily the worst I have had in my 6 or so states of eating Chipotle. HOWEVER with this latest order - the staff Knocked my favorite right out of the Park !! Excellent taste, very fresh and my order was right on time. Perfect 10 and I will be back again (and again).
Of the places open at 10 PM on a Monday day night, it wasn't half bad. It appears to be run by teenagers and there was definitely room for improvement ( chips were very stale and the place needed a cleaning - food all over tables and the counter). In a pinch, you can eat there, but if they just had a better leader this place could really shine (pun intended).
Since the day they opened I have wanted to go here and today I finally did. My impression was that it was a more upscale and pricier texmex place. Well it’s pricier..it is upscale in that the food is tastier but lower scale when it comes to cleanliness. My burrito bowl was one of the tastiest n biggest I have ever had. I would go back for another sometime when I’m not bothered by the uncleanliness. I would not treat anyone here as it is dirty, smelly and well used.
Ordered delivery and it was the worst. Almost no chicken on our bowls (one was supposed to be double chicken). Chips were crushed. Chicken was dry and gross. Uber Eats says their vendors are responsible for portions and quality….
I have been coming to this location for years. The last year it has really gone down hill. They slop the food onto your plate, the steak was burnt and tasted charred. The food looked terrible ( brown lettuce, caked over queso) the whole food line was dirty and food thrown everywhere. I had to wipe the counter down to sit my purse down to pay. Employee handling food with gloves gave me change and touched money and didn’t change gloves. Dirty dining definitely. They weren’t short handed I counted 9 to 10 employees.
Never had Chipotle before and my friend treated me to it a month ago. What I got was awesome and I've had more Chipotle since.If you're not aware how they work there, it's kinda like how Sub Way does it, you go along a line of food with an employee saying what you want and what you want on it.If you've never tried Chipotle and you're able to eat what ingredients they have, knowing you're not allergic to any of it, I recommend trying them out.
I have gone to this Chipotle as it is the closest one to me about 5 times since I recently moved here. Not only have the staff been awful (slow, rude), but with each visit, there have been problems. In my most recent visit, the cashier kept leaving to go to the back room and would be gone for up to 5 minutes, leaving everyone in line backed up and waiting. She was rude and wouldn't grab our sides with our order, even after we asked multiple times and eventually someone else had to do it. Finally, the food was extremely bland and I have never had such a tasteless bowl from Chipotle. If you want Chipotle, it is clearly worth the drive to go to a different location.
Order was delivered cold... not just luke warm. This location needs to pay attention to time management with delivery orders. It shouldnt be how quick they can make an order if the delivery time is an hour. Otherwise the food was made to order and tasted good. Just would have been better if hot.
Usually like it but I always order to go. The last two times I've been and have ordered chips and queso, they're out of chips. No one tells me, or apologizes, or offers a refund. I would pay for a queso, if I just wanted a queso. It just sucks because I know you can fix the app to say that the location is currently out but it never does, it always says there's chips available. It's upsetting to pay almost 8 dollars and to get nothing, not even a sorry. Please improve.
Chicken was burnt, rest of bowl was cold, chips were stale, employees barely spoke English and refused to give me change. Charged me an extra dollar because they didn't have coins. Completely unacceptable! Will not be returning. Lost a customer for life! You are a business that's rips people off! $18 for a chicken bowl and chips. Terrible business practice! Would be giving no stars, but can't post without at least 1!
